Marcos 13

E mentre egli usciva dal tempio, gli disse uno de' suoi discepoli: Maestro, guarda, che sorta di pietre, e che fabbriche (son) queste,

Y SALIENDO del templo, le dice uno de sus discípulos: Maestro, mira qué piedras, y qué edificios.

And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!

As he went out of the temple, one of his disciples said to him, “Teacher, see what kind of stones and what kind of buildings!”

Ma Gesù risposegli, e disse: Vedi tu tutti questi grandi edificj}? Non rimarrà pietra sopra pietra, che non sia scompaginata.

Y Jesús respondiendo, le dijo: ¿Ves estos grandes edificios? no quedará piedra sobre piedra que no sea derribada.

And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Jesus said to him, “Do you see these great buildings? There will not be left here one stone on another, which will not be thrown down.”

E mentre egli sedeva sopra il monte degli ulivi dirimpetto al tempio, Pietro, e Giacomo, e Giovanni, e Andrea gli domandarono a parte:

Y sentándose en el monte de las Olivas delante del templo, le preguntaron aparte Pedro y Jacobo y Juan y Andrés:

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,

As he sat on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John, and Andrew asked him privately,

Spiegaci, quando succederan queste cose? E qual segno vi sarà, quando tutto questo sia per effettuarsi?

Dinos, ¿cuándo serán estas cosas? ¿y qué señal habrá cuando todas estas cosas han de cumplirse?

Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?

“Tell us, when will these things be? What is the sign that these things are all about to be fulfilled?”

E Gesù rispondendo, principiò a dir loro: Badate, che alcuno non vi seduca:

Y Jesús respondiéndoles, comenzó á decir: Mirad, que nadie os engañe;

And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:

Jesus, answering, began to tell them, “Be careful that no one leads you astray.

Imperocché molti verranno nel nome mio, dicendo: io son desso: e sedurranno molti.

Porque vendrán muchos en mi nombre, diciendo: Yo soy el Cristo; y engañarán á muchos.

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am he!’ and will lead many astray.

Quando poi sentirete discorrer di guerre, e di romori di guerre, non temete: imperocché è necessario, che queste cose succedano; ma non ancora (sarà) la fine.

Mas cuando oyereis de guerras y de rumores de guerras no os turbéis, porque conviene hacerse así; mas aun no será el fin.

And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.

“When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, don’t be troubled. For those must happen, but the end is not yet.

Imperocché si solleverà popolo contro popolo, e regno contro regno, e vi saranno tremuoti in più luoghi, e carestie. Cominciamento dei dolori (son) queste cose.

Porque se levantará nación contra nación, y reino contra reino; y habrá terremotos en muchos lugares, y habrá hambres y alborotos; principios de dolores serán estos.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places. There will be famines and troubles. These things are the beginning of birth pains.

Voi però badate a voi stessi. Imperocché vi rimetteranno ai Consigli, e sarete flagellati nelle sinagoghe, e sarete per causa mia condotti davanti ai presidenti, e ai re in testimonianza per essi.

Mas vosotros mirad por vosotros: porque os entregarán en los concilios, y en sinagogas seréis azotados: y delante de presidentes y de reyes seréis llamados por causa de mí, en testimonio á ellos.

But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

“But watch yourselves, for they will deliver you up to councils. You will be beaten in synagogues. You will stand before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them.

E fa d'uopo, che prima sia predicato il Vangelo presso tutte le nazioni.

Y á todas las gentes conviene que el evangelio sea predicado antes.

And the gospel must first be published among all nations.

The Good News must first be preached to all the nations.

E allora quando vi meneranno a imprigionarvi, noti istate a premeditare quel, che abbiate a dire; ma quello, che in quel punto vi sarà dato, quello dite: imperocché non siete voi, che parlate, ma lo Spirito santo.

Y cuando os trajeren para entregaros, no premeditéis qué habéis de decir, ni lo penséis: mas lo que os fuere dado en aquella hora, eso hablad; porque no sois vosotros los que habláis, sino el Espíritu Santo.

But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.

When they lead you away and deliver you up, don’t be anxious beforehand or premeditate what you will say, but say whatever will be given you in that hour. For it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.

E il fratello darà alla morte il fratello, e il padre il figliuolo: e si ribelleranno i figliuoli contro de' genitori, e li faranno morire.

Y entregará á la muerte el hermano al hermano, y el padre al hijo: y se levantarán los hijos contra los padres, y los matarán.

Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

“Brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child. Children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death.

E sarete in odio a tutti per causa del nome mio. Ma chi sosterrà sino al fine, sarà salvo.

Y seréis aborrecidos de todos por mi nombre: mas el que perseverare hasta el fin, éste será salvo.

And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

You will be hated by all men for my name’s sake, but he who endures to the end will be saved.

Quando poi vedrete l'abominazione della desolazione posta, dove non dee (chi legge, intenda) allora quelli, che sono nella Giudea, fuggano su' monti.

Empero cuando viereis la abominación de asolamiento, que fué dicha por el profeta Daniel, que estará donde no debe (el que lee, entienda), entonces los que estén en Judea huyan á los montes;

But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judæa flee to the mountains:

“But when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not” (let the reader understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains,

E chi (si troverà) sopra il solaio, non iscenda in casa, né vi entri per pigliare qualche cosa di casa sua:

Y el que esté sobre el terrado, no descienda á la casa, ni entre para tomar algo de su casa;

And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house:

and let him who is on the housetop not go down, nor enter in, to take anything out of his house.

E chi sarà nel campo, non torni indietro a prendere la sua veste.

Y el que estuviere en el campo, no vuelva atrás á tomar su capa.

And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.

Let him who is in the field not return back to take his cloak.

Ma guai alle pregnanti, e che avranno bambini al petto in que' giorni.

Mas ¡ay de las preñadas, y de las que criaren en aquellos días!

But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

But woe to those who are with child and to those who nurse babies in those days!

Pregate però, che non succedano (tali cose) di verno.

Orad pues, que no acontezca vuestra huída en invierno.

And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.

Pray that your flight won’t be in the winter.

Imperocché saranno que' giorni tribolazione, qual mai non fu dal principio della creazione fatta da Dio sino adesso, né mai sarà.

Porque aquellos días serán de aflicción, cual nunca fué desde el principio de la creación que crió Dios, hasta este tiempo, ni será.

For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

For in those days there will be oppression, such as there has not been the like from the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never will be.

E se il Signore non avesse abbreviati quei giorni, non si salverebbe nissun uomo: ma in grazia degli eletti prescelti da lui gli ha accorciati.

Y si el Señor no hubiese abreviado aquellos días, ninguna carne se salvaría; mas por causa de los escogidos que él escogió, abrevió aquellos días.

And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

Unless the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the sake of the chosen ones, whom he picked out, he shortened the days.

Allora se talun vi dirà: ecco qui il Cristo, eccolo là, non credete.

Y entonces si alguno os dijere: He aquí, aquí está el Cristo; ó, He aquí, allí está, no le creáis.

And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:

Then if anyone tells you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or, ‘Look, there!’ don’t believe it.

Imperocché sorgeranno de' falsi cristi, e de' falsi profeti, e faranno de' miracoli, e de' prodigj da sedurre, se fosse possibile, anche gli eletti.

Porque se levantarán falsos Cristos y falsos profetas, y darán señales y prodigios, para engañar, si se pudiese hacer, aun á los escogidos.

For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

For false christs and false prophets will arise and will show signs and wonders, that they may lead astray, if possible, even the chosen ones.

State adunque guardinghi: ecco che io vi ho predetto il tutto.

Mas vosotros mirad; os lo he dicho antes todo.

But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

But you watch. “Behold, I have told you all things beforehand.

Ma in que' giorni dopo quella tribolazione si oscurerà il sole, e la luna non darà la sua luce.

Empero en aquellos días, después de aquella aflicción, el sol se obscurecerá, y la luna no dará su resplandor;

But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

But in those days, after that oppression, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light,

E cederanno le stelle del cielo, e le podestà, che sono nel cielo, saranno scommosse.

Y las estrellas caerán del cielo, y las virtudes que están en los cielos serán conmovidas;

And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

the stars will be falling from the sky, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken.

E allora vedranno il Figliuolo dell'uomo venire sopra le nuvole con potestà grande, e con gloria.

Y entonces verán al Hijo del hombre, que vendrá en las nubes con mucha potestad y gloria.

And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

Then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.

E allora spedirà i suoi Angeli, e radunerà i suoi eletti dai quattro venti, dall'estremità della terra sino all'estremità del cielo.

Y entonces enviará sus ángeles, y juntará sus escogidos de los cuatro vientos, desde el cabo de la tierra hasta el cabo del cielo.

And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

Then he will send out his angels, and will gather together his chosen ones from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the sky.

Dal fico imparate questa parabola. Quando i suoi rami sono già teneri, e spuntate le foglie, voi sapete, che la state è vicina:

De la higuera aprended la semejanza: Cuando su rama ya se enternece, y brota hojas, conocéis que el verano está cerca:

Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:

“Now from the fig tree, learn this parable. When the branch has now become tender and produces its leaves, you know that the summer is near;

Così ancora quando voi vedrete accader queste cose, sappiate, ch'egli è vicino, alle porte.

Así también vosotros, cuando viereis hacerse estas cosas, conoced que está cerca, á las puertas.

So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.

even so you also, when you see these things coming to pass, know that it is near, at the doors.

In verità vi dico: Non passerà questa generazione, prima che tutto questo sia avvenuto.

De cierto os digo que no pasará esta generación, que todas estas cosas no sean hechas.

Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.

Most certainly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things happen.

Il cielo, e la terra passeranno; ma le mie parole non passeranno.

El cielo y la tierra pasarán, mas mis palabras no pasarán.

Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.

Quanto poi a quel giorno, o a quell'ora nissuno lo sa, né gli Angeli, che sono nel cielo, né il Figliuolo, ma il solo Padre.

Empero de aquel día y de la hora, nadie sabe; ni aun los ángeles que están en el cielo, ni el Hijo, sino el Padre.

But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

“But of that day or that hour no one knows—not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

State attenti, vegliate, e orate: imperocché non sapete, quando sarà il tempo.

Mirad, velad y orad: porque no sabéis cuándo será el tiempo.

Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.

Watch, keep alert, and pray; for you don’t know when the time is.

Così un uomo, partendo per lontan paese, abbandonò fa sua casa, e dette a' suoi servi podestà di far tutto, e ordinò al portinajo di star vigilante.

Como el hombre que partiéndose lejos, dejó su casa, y dió facultad á sus siervos, y á cada uno su obra, y al portero mandó que velase:

For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.

“It is like a man traveling to another country, having left his house and given authority to his servants, and to each one his work, and also commanded the doorkeeper to keep watch.

Vegliate adunque (perché non sapete, quando venga il padrone di casa: se a sera, se a mezzanotte, se al canto del gallo, se la mattina)

Velad pues, porque no sabéis cuándo el señor de la casa vendrá; si á la tarde, ó á la media noche, ó al canto del gallo, ó á la mañana;

Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:

Watch therefore, for you don’t know when the lord of the house is coming—whether at evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or in the morning;

Affinchè, venendo improvvisamente, non vi trovi addormentati.

Porque cuando viniere de repente, no os halle durmiendo.

Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.

lest, coming suddenly, he might find you sleeping.

Quello poi, che io dico a voi, lo dico a tutti; Vegliate. I principi de' sacerdoti fanno consiglio sopra la morte di Gesù, il quale è unto da una donna di prezioso unguento, mormorandone i discepoli. E venduto da Giuda. Del tradimento di lui parla agli Apostoli nella cena, nella quale dà il pane a' discepoli. Predice lo scandalo di tutti, e la trina negazione di Pietro. Dopo aver orato tre volte è catturato da' Giudei, a uno de’ quali Pietro taglia l'orecchio. Fuggono i discepoli. Accusato da' falsi testimonj dinanzi a Caifa, è giudicato reo di morte, è sputacchiato, e battuto, e negato tre volte da Pietro.

Y las cosas que á vosotros digo, á todos las digo: Velad.

And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

What I tell you, I tell all: Watch!”
