Mas ¡ay de las que estén encintas, y de las que amamanten en aquellos días!

Mas ¡ay de las preñadas, y de las que criaren en aquellos días!

But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

But woe to those who are with child and to those who nurse babies in those days!
