E sceso ch'egli fu dal monte, lo seguirono molte turbe.

Y COMO descendió del monte, le seguían muchas gentes.

Quand'ecco un lebbroso accostatosegli lo adorava, dicendo: Signore, se vuoi, puoi mondarmi.

Y he aquí un leproso vino, y le adoraba, diciendo: Señor, si quisieres, puedes limpiarme.

And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

Behold, a leper came to him and worshiped him, saying, “Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean.”

E Gesù stesa la mano lo toccò, dicendo: Lo voglio: sei mondato. E subito fu mondato dalla sua lebbra.

Y extendiendo Jesús su mano, le tocó, diciendo: Quiero; sé limpio. Y luego su lepra fué limpiada.

And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Jesus stretched out his hand and touched him, saying, “I want to. Be made clean.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

E Gesù gli disse: Guardati di dirlo a nessuno; ma va a mostrarti al sacerdote, e offerisci il dono prescritto da Mosè in testimonianza per essi.

Entonces Jesús le dijo: Mira, no lo digas á nadie; mas ve, muéstrate al sacerdote, y ofrece el presente que mandó Moisés, para testimonio á ellos.

And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

Jesus said to him, “See that you tell nobody; but go, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”

Ed entrato che fu in Capharnaum, andò a trovarlo un centurione, raccomandandosegli.

Y entrando Jesús en Capernaum, vino á él un centurión, rogándole,

And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,

When he came into Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking him for help,

E dicendo: Signore, il mio servo giace in letto malato di paralisia nella mia casa, ed è malamente tormentato.

Y diciendo: Señor, mi mozo yace en casa paralítico, gravemente atormentado.

And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.

saying, “Lord, my servant lies in the house paralyzed, grievously tormented.”

E Gesù gli disse: io verrò, e lo guarirò.

Y Jesús le dijo: Yo iré y le sanaré.

And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.

Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.”

Ma il centurione rispondendo disse: Signore, io non son degno, che tu entri sotto il mio tetto: ma di solamente una parola, e il mio servo sarà guarito.

Y respondió el centurión, y dijo: Señor, no soy digno de que entres debajo de mi techado; mas solamente di la palabra, y mi mozo sanará.

The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

The centurion answered, “Lord, I’m not worthy for you to come under my roof. Just say the word, and my servant will be healed.

Imperocché io sonò un uomo subordinato ad altri, e ho sotto di me dei soldati, e dico a uno: Va, ed egli va; e all'altro: Vieni, ed egli viene; e al mio servitore: Fa la tal cosa ed ei la fa.

Porque también yo soy hombre bajo de potestad, y tengo bajo de mí soldados: y digo á éste: Ve, y va; y al otro: Ven, y viene; y á mi siervo: Haz esto, y lo hace.

For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.

For I am also a man under authority, having under myself soldiers. I tell this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and tell another, ‘Come,’ and he comes; and tell my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”

Gesù udite queste parole ne restò ammirato, e disse a coloro, che lo seguivano: In verità io vi dico, che non ho trovato fede si grande in Israele.

Y oyendo Jesús, se maravilló, y dijo á los que le seguían: De cierto os digo, que ni aun en Israel he hallado fe tanta.

When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

When Jesus heard it, he marveled and said to those who followed, “Most certainly I tell you, I haven’t found so great a faith, not even in Israel.

E io vi dico, che molti verranno dall'oriente, e dall'occidente, e sederanno con Abramo, e Isacco, e Giacobbe nel regno de' cieli:

Y os digo que vendrán muchos del oriente y del occidente, y se sentarán con Abraham, é Isaac, y Jacob, en el reino de los cielos:

And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

I tell you that many will come from the east and the west, and will sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the Kingdom of Heaven,

Ma i figliuoli del regno saranno gittati nelle tenebre esteriori: ivi sarà pianto, e stridore di denti.

Mas los hijos del reino serán echados á las tinieblas de afuera: allí será el lloro y el crujir de dientes.

But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

but the children of the Kingdom will be thrown out into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Allora Gesù disse al centurione: Va, e ti sia fatto, conforme hai creduto. E nello stesso momento il servo fu guarito.

Entonces Jesús dijo al centurión: Ve, y como creiste te sea hecho. Y su mozo fué sano en el mismo momento.

And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

Jesus said to the centurion, “Go your way. Let it be done for you as you have believed.” His servant was healed in that hour.

Ed essendo andato Gesù a casa di Pietro, vide la suocera di lui giacente colla febbre:

Y vino Jesús á casa de Pedro, y vió á su suegra echada en cama, y con fiebre.

And when Jesus was come into Peter’s house, he saw his wife’s mother laid, and sick of a fever.

When Jesus came into Peter’s house, he saw his wife’s mother lying sick with a fever.

E toccolle la mano, e la febbre se ne andò: ed ella si alzò, e serviva ad essi.

Y tocó su mano, y la fiebre la dejó: y ella se levantó, y les servía.

And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them.

He touched her hand, and the fever left her. So she got up and served him.

Venuta poi la sera gli presentarono molti indemoniati: ed egli cacciava colla parola gli spiriti, e sanò tutti i malati:

Y como fué ya tarde, trajeron á él muchos endemoniados; y echó los demonios con la palabra, y sanó á todos los enfermos;

When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:

When evening came, they brought to him many possessed with demons. He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick,

Affinchè si adempisse quello, che fu detto da Isaia profeta, il quale dice: Egli ha prese le nostre infermità; e ha portato i nostri malori.

Para que se cumpliese lo que fué dicho por el profeta Isaías, que dijo: El mismo tomó nuestras enfermedades, y llevó nuestras dolencias.

That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying, “He took our infirmities and bore our diseases.”

Vedendo poi Gesù una gran turba intorno a se, dette ordine per passare all'altra riva.

Y viendo Jesús muchas gentes alrededor de sí, mandó pasar á la otra parte del lago.

Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto the other side.

Now when Jesus saw great multitudes around him, he gave the order to depart to the other side.

E accostatosegli uno scriba, gli disse: Maestro io ti terrò dietro, dovunque anderai.

Y llegándose un escriba, le dijo: Maestro, te seguiré á donde quiera que fueres.

And a certain scribe came, and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.

A scribe came and said to him, “Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go.”

E Gesù gli disse: Le volpi hanno le loro tane, e gli uccelli dell'aria i loro nidi: ma il figliuolo dell'uomo non ha dove posare la testa.

Y Jesús le dijo: Las zorras tienen cavernas, y las aves del cielo nidos; mas el Hijo del hombre no tiene donde recueste su cabeza.

And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

Jesus said to him, “The foxes have holes and the birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head.”

E un altro de' suoi discepoli gli disse: Signore, dammi prima licenza di andare a seppellire mio padre.

Y otro de sus discípulos le dijo: Señor, dame licencia para que vaya primero, y entierre á mi padre.

And another of his disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.

Another of his disciples said to him, “Lord, allow me first to go and bury my father.”

Ma Gesù gli disse: Sieguimi, e lascia, che i morti seppelliscano i loro morti.

Y Jesús le dijo: Sígueme; deja que los muertos entierren á sus muertos.

But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.

But Jesus said to him, “Follow me, and leave the dead to bury their own dead.”

Ed essendo montato nella barca, lo seguirono i suoi discepoli.

Y entrando él en el barco, sus discípulos le siguieron.

And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.

When he got into a boat, his disciples followed him.

Quand'ecco una gran tempesta si sollevò nel mare; talmente che la barca era coperta dall'onde: ed egli dormiva.

Y he aquí, fué hecho en la mar un gran movimiento, que el barco se cubría de las ondas; mas él dormía.

And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.

Behold, a violent storm came up on the sea, so much that the boat was covered with the waves; but he was asleep.

E accostatisi a lui i suoi discepoli, lo svegliarono dicendogli: Signore, salvaci: ci perdiamo.

Y llegándose sus discípulos, le despertaron, diciendo: Señor, sálvanos, que perecemos.

And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.

The disciples came to him and woke him up, saying, “Save us, Lord! We are dying!”

E Gesù disse loro: Perché temete, o uomini di poca fede? Allora rizzatosi, comandò ai venti, e al mare; e si fe' gran bonaccia.

Y él les dice: ¿Por qué teméis, hombres de poca fe? Entonces, levantándose, reprendió á los vientos y á la mar; y fué grande bonanza.

And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then he got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm.

Onde la gente ne restò ammirata, e dicevano: Chi è costui, a cui ubbidiscono i venti, e il mare?

Y los hombres se maravillaron, diciendo: ¿Qué hombre es éste, que aun los vientos y la mar le obedecen?

But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!

The men marveled, saying, “What kind of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”

Ed essendo egli sbarcato al di là del lago nel paese de' Geraseni, gli vennero incontro due indemoniati, che uscivano dalle sepolture; ed erano tanto furiosi, che nissuno poteva passare per quella strada.

Y como él hubo llegado en la otra ribera al país de los Gergesenos, le vinieron al encuentro dos endemoniados que salían de los sepulcros, fieros en gran manera, que nadie podía pasar por aquel camino.

And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.

When he came to the other side, into the country of the Gergesenes, two people possessed by demons met him there, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that nobody could pass that way.

E si misero tosto a gridare: Che abbiam noi che fare con teco, o Gesù figliuolo di Dio? Sei tu venuto qui avanti tempo per tormentarci?

Y he aquí clamaron, diciendo: ¿Qué tenemos contigo, Jesús, Hijo de Dios? ¿has venido acá á molestarnos antes de tiempo?

And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

Behold, they cried out, saying, “What do we have to do with you, Jesus, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?”

Ed eravi non lungi da essi un gregge di molti porci, che pascolava.

Y estaba lejos de ellos un hato de muchos puercos paciendo.

And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.

Now there was a herd of many pigs feeding far away from them.

Or i demoni lo pregavano dicendo: Se ci cacci di qui, mandaci in quel gregge di porci.

Y los demonios le rogaron, diciendo: Si nos echas, permítenos ir á aquel hato de puercos.

So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.

The demons begged him, saying, “If you cast us out, permit us to go away into the herd of pigs.”

Ed egli disse loro: Andate. E quegli essendo usciti, entrarono ne' porci, e immediatamente tutto il gregge con grand'impeto si precipitò nel mare, e perì nell'acqua.

Y les dijo: Id. Y ellos salieron, y se fueron á aquel hato de puercos: y he aquí, todo el hato de los puercos se precipitó de un despeñadero en la mar, y murieron en las aguas.

And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.

He said to them, “Go!” They came out and went into the herd of pigs; and behold, the whole herd of pigs rushed down the cliff into the sea and died in the water.

E i pastori si fuggirono, e andati in città raccontarono tutte queste cose, e il fatto di quelli, che erano stati posseduti dai demonj.

Y los porqueros huyeron, y viniendo á la ciudad, contaron todas las cosas, y lo que había pasado con los endemoniados.

And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.

Those who fed them fled and went away into the city and told everything, including what happened to those who were possessed with demons.

E subitamente tutta la città uscì intorno a Gesù: e vedutolo, lo pregarono di ritirarsi da' loro confini. Risana un paralitico. Mormorazione degli Scribi. Vocazione di Matteo pubblicano. Mormorazione de' Farisei. Libera una donna dal flusso di sangue: e rende la vita ad una fanciulla, e la vista a due ciechi. Del demoniaco mutolo sanato, e di altri miracoli. Della messe, e degli operaj.

Y he aquí, toda la ciudad salió á encontrar á Jesús: y cuando le vieron, le rogaban que saliese de sus términos.

And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts.

Behold, all the city came out to meet Jesus. When they saw him, they begged that he would depart from their borders.
