Mateo 17

Ed ei rispose: Certo che si. Ed entrato che egli fu in casa, Gesù lo prevenne, e gli disse: Che te ne pare, o Simone? Da chi ricevono il tributo, od il censo i re della terra? da' proprj figliuoli, o dagli estranei?

Y como llegaron á Capernaum, vinieron á Pedro los que cobraban las dos dracmas, y dijeron: ¿Vuestro Maestro no paga las dos dracmas?

And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute?

When they had come to Capernaum, those who collected the didrachma coins came to Peter, and said, “Doesn’t your teacher pay the didrachma?”
