Pero les digo, Elías ya vino, pero no lo reconocieron; en su lugar hicieron lo que quisieron con él. De la misma manera, el Hijo del Hombre también sufrirá en sus manos."

Mas os digo, que ya vino Elías, y no le conocieron; antes hicieron en él todo lo que quisieron: así también el Hijo del hombre padecerá de ellos.

But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.

but I tell you that Elijah has come already, and they didn’t recognize him, but did to him whatever they wanted to. Even so the Son of Man will also suffer by them.”
