Colui, che riceve la semente tra le spine, è quegli, che ascolta la parola: ma la sollecitudine del secolo presente e l'illusione delle ricchezze soffogano la parola, onde rendesi infruttuosa.

Y el que fué sembrado en espinas, éste es el que oye la palabra; pero el afán de este siglo y el engaño de las riquezas, ahogan la palabra, y hácese infructuosa.

He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

What was sown among the thorns, this is he who hears the word, but the cares of this age and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.
