Malaquías 1

E voi adesso pregate dinanzi a Dio, affinchè egli abbia di voi pietà; perocché da voi sono state fatte tali cose; chi sa, che egli non vi accolga benignamente, dice il Signore degli eserciti.

Ahora pues, orad á la faz de Dios que tenga piedad de nosotros: esto de vuestra mano vino: ¿le seréis agradables? dice Jehová de los ejércitos.

And now, I pray you, beseech God that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith the LORD of hosts.

“Now, please entreat the favor of God, that he may be gracious to us. With this, will he accept any of you?” says the LORD of Armies.
