Lucas 14

Se uno vien da me, e non odia il padre suo, e la madre, e la moglie, e i figliuoli, e i fratelli, e le sorelle, e fin l'anima sua, non può essere mio discepolo.

Si alguno viene á mí, y no aborrece á su padre, y madre, y mujer, é hijos, y hermanos, y hermanas, y aun también su vida, no puede ser mi discípulo.

If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

“If anyone comes to me, and doesn’t disregard his own father, mother, wife, children, brothers, and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he can’t be my disciple.
