Levítico 26

No harán para ustedes ídolos, ni escultura, ni se levantaran estatua, ni pondrán en su †de ustedes tierra piedra pintada para inclinarse a ella; porque yo soy Jehová su †de ustedes Dios.

NO haréis para vosotros ídolos, ni escultura, ni os levantaréis estatua, ni pondréis en vuestra tierra piedra pintada para inclinaros á ella: porque yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios.

Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.

“‘You shall make for yourselves no idols, and you shall not raise up a carved image or a pillar, and you shall not place any figured stone in your land, to bow down to it; for I am the LORD your God.

Guarden mis días de reposo, y tengan en reverencia mi santuario. Yo Jehová.

Guardad mis sábados, y tened en reverencia mi santuario: Yo Jehová.

Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.

“‘You shall keep my Sabbaths, and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am the LORD.

Si anduvieren en mis decretos y cumplieren †guardaren, conservaren mis mandamientos, y los pusieren por obra,

Si anduviereis en mis decretos, y guardareis mis mandamientos, y los pusiereis por obra;

If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

“‘If you walk in my statutes and keep my commandments, and do them,

yo daré su †de ustedes lluvia en su tiempo, y la tierra rendirá sus productos, y el árbol del campo dará su fruto.

Yo daré vuestra lluvia en su tiempo, y la tierra rendirá sus producciones, y el árbol del campo dará su fruto;

Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

Su †de ustedes trilla alcanzará a la vendimia, y la vendimia alcanzará a la sementera, y comerán su †de ustedes pan hasta saciarse, y habitaran seguros en su †de ustedes tierra.

Y la trilla os alcanzará á la vendimia, y la vendimia alcanzará á la sementera, y comeréis vuestro pan en hartura, y habitaréis seguros en vuestra tierra:

And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

Your threshing shall continue until the vintage, and the vintage shall continue until the sowing time. You shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

Y yo daré paz en la tierra, y dormirán, y no habrá quien les espante; y haré quitar de su †de ustedes tierra las malas bestias, y la espada no pasará por su †de ustedes país.

Y yo daré paz en la tierra, y dormiréis, y no habrá quien os espante: y haré quitar las malas bestias de vuestra tierra, y no pasará por vuestro país la espada:

And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

“‘I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and no one will make you afraid. I will remove evil animals out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

Y perseguirán a sus †de ustedes enemigos, y caerán a espada delante de ustedes.

Y perseguiréis á vuestros enemigos, y caerán á cuchillo delante de vosotros:

And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

You shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

Cinco de ustedes perseguirán a ciento, y ciento de ustedes perseguirán a diez mil, y sus †de ustedes enemigos caerán a filo de espada delante de ustedes.

Y cinco de vosotros perseguirán á ciento, y ciento de vosotros perseguirán á diez mil, y vuestros enemigos caerán á cuchillo delante de vosotros.

And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

Porque yo me volveré a ustedes, y les haré crecer, y les multiplicaré, y afirmaré mi pacto †alianza, convenio, acuerdo con ustedes.

Porque yo me volveré á vosotros, y os haré crecer, y os multiplicaré, y afirmaré mi pacto con vosotros:

For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.

“‘I will have respect for you, make you fruitful, multiply you, and will establish my covenant with you.

Comerán lo añejo de mucho tiempo, y pondrán fuera lo añejo «para guardar lo»* nuevo.

Y comeréis lo añejo de mucho tiempo, y sacaréis fuera lo añejo á causa de lo nuevo:

And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.

You shall eat old supplies long kept, and you shall move out the old because of the new.

Y pondré mi morada en medio de ustedes, y mi alma no les abominará;

Y pondré mi morada en medio de vosotros, y mi alma no os abominará:

And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.

I will set my tent among you, and my soul won’t abhor you.

y andaré entre ustedes, y yo seré su †de ustedes Dios, y ustedes serán mi pueblo.

Y andaré entre vosotros, y yo seré vuestro Dios, y vosotros seréis mi pueblo.

And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.

Yo Jehová su †de ustedes Dios, que les saqué de la tierra de Egipto, «para que no»* fuesen sus esclavos †siervos, sirvientes, y rompí las coyundas de su †ustedes yugo, y les he hecho andar con el rostro erguido.

Yo Jehová vuestro Dios, que os saqué de la tierra de Egipto, para que no fueseis sus siervos; y rompí las coyundas de vuestro yugo, y os he hecho andar el rostro alto.

I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

Pero si no me oyeren, ni hicieren todos estos mis mandamientos,

But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;

“‘But if you will not listen to me, and will not do all these commandments,

y si desdeñaren mis decretos, y su †de ustedes alma despreciare mis estatutos, no ejecutando todos mis mandamientos, e invalidando mi pacto †alianza, convenio, acuerdo,

Y si abominareis mis decretos, y vuestra alma menospreciare mis derechos, no ejecutando todos mis mandamientos, é invalidando mi pacto;

And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:

and if you shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhors my ordinances, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant,

yo también haré con ustedes esto: enviaré sobre ustedes terror, extenuación y calentura, que consuman los ojos y atormenten el alma; y sembraran en vano su †de ustedes semilla, porque sus †de ustedes enemigos la comerán.

Yo también haré con vosotros esto: enviaré sobre vosotros terror, extenuación y calentura, que consuman los ojos y atormenten el alma: y sembraréis en balde vuestra simiente, porque vuestros enemigos la comerán:

I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

I also will do this to you: I will appoint terror over you, even consumption and fever, that shall consume the eyes, and make the soul to pine away. You will sow your seed in vain, for your enemies will eat it.

Pondré mi rostro contra ustedes, y serán heridos delante de sus †de ustedes enemigos; y los que les aborrecen se enseñorearán de ustedes, y huirán sin que haya quien les persiga.

Y pondré mi ira sobre vosotros, y seréis heridos delante de vuestros enemigos; y los que os aborrecen se enseñorearán de vosotros, y huiréis sin que haya quien os persiga.

And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.

I will set my face against you, and you will be struck before your enemies. Those who hate you will rule over you; and you will flee when no one pursues you.

Y si aun con estas cosas no me oyeren, yo volveré a castigarles siete veces más por sus †de ustedes pecados.

Y si aun con esas cosas no me oyereis, yo tornaré á castigaros siete veces más por vuestros pecados.

And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

“‘If you in spite of these things will not listen to me, then I will chastise you seven times more for your sins.

Y quebrantaré la soberbia de su †ustedes orgullo, y haré su †de ustedes cielo como hierro, y su †de ustedes tierra como bronce.

Y quebrantaré la soberbia de vuestra fortaleza, y tornaré vuestro cielo como hierro, y vuestra tierra como metal:

And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:

I will break the pride of your power, and I will make your sky like iron, and your soil like bronze.

Su †de ustedes fuerza se consumirá en vano, porque su †de ustedes tierra no dará su producto, y los árboles de la tierra no darán su fruto.

Y vuestra fuerza se consumirá en vano; que vuestra tierra no dará su esquilmo, y los árboles de la tierra no darán su fruto.

And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.

Your strength will be spent in vain; for your land won’t yield its increase, neither will the trees of the land yield their fruit.

Si anduvieren conmigo en oposición, y no me quisieren oír, yo añadiré sobre ustedes siete veces más plagas según sus †de ustedes pecados.

Y si anduviereis conmigo en oposición, y no me quisiereis oir, yo añadiré sobre vosotros siete veces más plagas según vuestros pecados.

And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.

“‘If you walk contrary to me, and won’t listen to me, then I will bring seven times more plagues on you according to your sins.

Enviaré también contra ustedes bestias fieras que les arrebaten sus †de ustedes hijos, y destruyan su †de ustedes ganado, y les reduzcan en número, y sus †de ustedes caminos sean desiertos.

Enviaré también contra vosotros bestias fieras que os arrebaten los hijos, y destruyan vuestros animales, y os apoquen, y vuestros caminos sean desiertos.

I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.

I will send the wild animals among you, which will rob you of your children, destroy your livestock, and make you few in number. Your roads will become desolate.

Y si con estas cosas no fueren corregidos, sino que anduvieren conmigo en oposición,

Y si con estas cosas no fuereis corregidos, sino que anduviereis conmigo en oposición,

And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;

“‘If by these things you won’t be turned back to me, but will walk contrary to me,

yo también procederé en contra de ustedes, y les heriré aún siete veces por sus †de ustedes pecados.

Yo también procederé con vosotros en oposición, y os heriré aun siete veces por vuestros pecados:

Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.

then I will also walk contrary to you; and I will strike you, even I, seven times for your sins.

Traeré sobre ustedes espada vengadora, en vindicación del pacto †alianza, convenio, acuerdo; y si buscaren refugio en sus †de ustedes ciudades, yo enviaré pestilencia entre ustedes, y serán entregados en mano del enemigo.

Y traeré sobre vosotros espada vengadora, en vindicación del pacto; y os recogeréis á vuestras ciudades; mas yo enviaré pestilencia entre vosotros, y seréis entregados en mano del enemigo.

And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.

I will bring a sword upon you that will execute the vengeance of the covenant. You will be gathered together within your cities, and I will send the pestilence among you. You will be delivered into the hand of the enemy.

Cuando yo les quebrante el sustento del pan, cocerán diez mujeres su †de ustedes pan en un horno, y les devolverán su †de ustedes pan por peso; y comerán, y no se saciaran.

Cuando yo os quebrantare el arrimo del pan, cocerán diez mujeres vuestro pan en un horno, y os devolverán vuestro pan por peso; y comeréis, y no os hartaréis.

And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.

Si aun con esto no me oyeren, sino que procedieren conmigo en oposición,

Y si con esto no me oyereis, mas procediereis conmigo en oposición,

And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;

“‘If you in spite of this won’t listen to me, but walk contrary to me,

yo procederé en contra de ustedes con ira, y les castigaré aún siete veces por sus †de ustedes pecados.

Yo procederé con vosotros en contra y con ira, y os castigaré aun siete veces por vuestros pecados.

Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

then I will walk contrary to you in wrath. I will also chastise you seven times for your sins.

Y comerán la carne de sus †de ustedes hijos, y comerán la carne de sus †de ustedes hijas.

Y comeréis las carnes de vuestros hijos, y comeréis las carnes de vuestras hijas:

And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.

You will eat the flesh of your sons, and you will eat the flesh of your daughters.

Destruiré sus †de ustedes lugares altos, y derribaré sus †de ustedes imágenes, y pondré sus †de ustedes cuerpos muertos sobre los cuerpos muertos de sus †de ustedes ídolos, y mi alma los abominará.

Y destruiré vuestros altos, y talaré vuestras imágenes, y pondré vuestros cuerpos muertos sobre los cuerpos muertos de vuestros ídolos, y mi alma os abominará:

And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.

I will destroy your high places, and cut down your incense altars, and cast your dead bodies upon the bodies of your idols; and my soul will abhor you.

Haré desiertas sus †de ustedes ciudades, y asolaré sus †de ustedes santuarios, y no oleré la fragancia de su †ustedes suave perfume.

Y pondré vuestras ciudades en desierto, y asolaré vuestros santuarios, y no oleré la fragancia de vuestro suave perfume.

And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.

I will lay your cities waste, and will bring your sanctuaries to desolation. I will not take delight in the sweet fragrance of your offerings.

Asolaré también la tierra, y se pasmarán †quedarán fríos por ello sus †de ustedes enemigos que en ella moren;

Yo asolaré también la tierra, y se pasmarán de ella vuestros enemigos que en ella moran:

And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.

I will bring the land into desolation, and your enemies who dwell in it will be astonished at it.

y a ustedes los esparciré entre las naciones, y desenvainaré espada detrás de ustedes; y su †de ustedes tierra estará asolada, y desiertas sus †de ustedes ciudades.

Y á vosotros os esparciré por las gentes, y desenvainaré espada en pos de vosotros: y vuestra tierra estará asolada, y yermas vuestras ciudades.

And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.

I will scatter you among the nations, and I will draw out the sword after you. Your land will be a desolation, and your cities shall be a waste.

Entonces la tierra gozará sus días de reposo, todos los días que esté asolada, mientras ustedes estén en la tierra de sus †de ustedes enemigos; la tierra descansará entonces y gozará sus días de reposo.

Entonces la tierra holgará sus sábados todos los días que estuviere asolada, y vosotros en la tierra de vuestros enemigos: la tierra descansará entonces y gozará sus sábados.

Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.

Then the land will enjoy its Sabbaths as long as it lies desolate and you are in your enemies’ land. Even then the land will rest and enjoy its Sabbaths.

Todo el tiempo que esté asolada, descansará por lo que no reposó en los días de reposo cuando habitaban en ella.

Todo el tiempo que estará asolada, holgará lo que no holgó en vuestros sábados mientras habitabais en ella.

As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.

As long as it lies desolate it shall have rest, even the rest which it didn’t have in your Sabbaths when you lived on it.

Y a los que queden de ustedes infundiré en sus corazones tal cobardía, en la tierra de sus enemigos, que el sonido de una hoja que se mueva los perseguirá, y huirán como ante la espada, y caerán sin que nadie los persiga.

Y á los que quedaren de vosotros infundiré en sus corazones tal cobardía, en la tierra de sus enemigos, que el sonido de una hoja movida los perseguirá, y huirán como de cuchillo, y caerán sin que nadie los persiga:

And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.

“‘As for those of you who are left, I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies. The sound of a driven leaf will put them to flight; and they shall flee, as one flees from the sword. They will fall when no one pursues.

Tropezarán «los unos con los otros»* como si huyeran ante la espada, aunque nadie los persiga; y no podrán resistir delante de sus †de ustedes enemigos.

Y tropezarán los unos en los otros, como si huyeran delante de cuchillo, aunque nadie los persiga; y no podréis resistir delante de vuestros enemigos.

And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.

They will stumble over one another, as it were before the sword, when no one pursues. You will have no power to stand before your enemies.

Y perecerán entre las naciones, y la tierra de sus †de ustedes enemigos les consumirá.

Y pereceréis entre las gentes, y la tierra de vuestros enemigos os consumirá.

And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.

You will perish among the nations. The land of your enemies will eat you up.

Y los que queden de ustedes decaerán en las tierras de sus †de ustedes enemigos por su iniquidad †gran maldad e injusticia; y por la iniquidad †gran maldad e injusticia de sus padres decaerán con ellos.

Y los que quedaren de vosotros decaerán en las tierras de vuestros enemigos por su iniquidad; y por la iniquidad de sus padres decaerán con ellos:

And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.

Those of you who are left will pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers they shall pine away with them.

Y confesarán su iniquidad †gran maldad e injusticia, y la iniquidad †gran maldad e injusticia de sus padres, por su prevaricación †resolución legal injusta con que prevaricaron contra mí; y también porque anduvieron conmigo en oposición,

Y confesarán su iniquidad, y la iniquidad de sus padres, por su prevaricación con que prevaricaron contra mí: y también porque anduvieron conmigo en oposición,

If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;

“‘If they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, in their trespass which they trespassed against me; and also that because they walked contrary to me,

yo también habré andado en contra de ellos, y los habré hecho entrar en la tierra de sus enemigos; y entonces se humillará su corazón incircunciso, y reconocerán su pecado.

Yo también habré andado con ellos en contra, y los habré metido en la tierra de sus enemigos: y entonces se humillará su corazón incircunciso, y reconocerán su pecado;

And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:

I also walked contrary to them, and brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised heart is humbled, and they then accept the punishment of their iniquity,

Entonces yo me acordaré de mi pacto †alianza, convenio, acuerdo con Jacob, y asimismo de mi pacto †alianza, convenio, acuerdo con Isaac, y también de mi pacto †alianza, convenio, acuerdo con Abraham me acordaré, y haré memoria de la tierra.

Y yo me acordaré de mi pacto con Jacob, y asimismo de mi pacto con Isaac, y también de mi pacto con Abraham me acordaré; y haré memoria de la tierra.

Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.

Pero la tierra será abandonada por ellos, y gozará sus días de reposo, estando desierta «a causa de»* ellos; y entonces se someterán al castigo de sus iniquidades †grandes maldades e injusticias; por cuanto despreciaron mis ordenanzas, y su alma tuvo fastidio de mis estatutos.

Que la tierra estará desamparada de ellos, y holgará sus sábados, estando yerma á causa de ellos; mas entretanto se someterán al castigo de sus iniquidades: por cuanto menospreciaron mis derechos, y tuvo el alma de ellos fastidio de mis estatutos.

The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.

The land also will be left by them, and will enjoy its Sabbaths while it lies desolate without them; and they will accept the punishment of their iniquity because they rejected my ordinances, and their soul abhorred my statutes.

Y aun con todo esto, estando ellos en tierra de sus enemigos, yo no los desecharé, ni los abominaré para consumirlos, invalidando mi pacto †alianza, convenio, acuerdo con ellos; porque yo Jehová soy su Dios.

Y aun con todo esto, estando ellos en tierra de sus enemigos, yo no los desecharé, ni los abominaré para consumirlos, invalidando mi pacto con ellos: porque yo Jehová soy su Dios:

And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God.

Antes me acordaré de ellos por el pacto †alianza, convenio, acuerdo antiguo, cuando los saqué de la tierra de Egipto a los ojos de las naciones, para ser su Dios. Yo Jehová.

Antes me acordaré de ellos por el pacto antiguo, cuando los saqué de la tierra de Egipto á los ojos de las gentes, para ser su Dios: Yo Jehová.

But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.

But I will for their sake remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God. I am the LORD.’”

Estos son los estatutos, ordenanzas y leyes que estableció Jehová entre sí y los hijos de Israel en el monte de Sinaí por mano de Moisés.

Estos son los decretos, derechos y leyes que estableció Jehová entre sí y los hijos de Israel en el monte de Sinaí por mano de Moisés.

These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
