Levítico 26

*Vous ne vous ferez pas d’idoles, et vous ne vous dresserez pas d’image taillée, ou de statue, et vous ne mettrez pas de pierre sculptée dans votre pays, pour vous prosterner devant elles ; car moi, je suis l’Éternel, votre Dieu.

NO haréis para vosotros ídolos, ni escultura, ni os levantaréis estatua, ni pondréis en vuestra tierra piedra pintada para inclinaros á ella: porque yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios.

Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.

“‘You shall make for yourselves no idols, and you shall not raise up a carved image or a pillar, and you shall not place any figured stone in your land, to bow down to it; for I am the LORD your God.

Vous garderez mes sabbats, et vous révérerez mon sanctuaire. Moi, je suis l’Éternel.

Guardad mis sábados, y tened en reverencia mi santuario: Yo Jehová.

Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.

“‘You shall keep my Sabbaths, and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am the LORD.

Si vous marchez dans mes statuts, et si vous gardez mes commandements et les pratiquez,

Si anduviereis en mis decretos, y guardareis mis mandamientos, y los pusiereis por obra;

If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

“‘If you walk in my statutes and keep my commandments, and do them,

je vous donnerai vos pluies en leur temps, et la terre donnera son rapport, et l’arbre des champs donnera son fruit.

Yo daré vuestra lluvia en su tiempo, y la tierra rendirá sus producciones, y el árbol del campo dará su fruto;

Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

Le temps du foulage atteindra pour vous la vendange, et la vendange atteindra les semailles ; et vous mangerez votre pain à rassasiement, et vous habiterez en sécurité dans votre pays.

Y la trilla os alcanzará á la vendimia, y la vendimia alcanzará á la sementera, y comeréis vuestro pan en hartura, y habitaréis seguros en vuestra tierra:

And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

Your threshing shall continue until the vintage, and the vintage shall continue until the sowing time. You shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

Et je donnerai la paix dans le pays ; et vous dormirez sans que personne vous épouvante ; et je ferai disparaître du pays les bêtes mauvaises, et l’épée ne passera pas par votre pays.

Y yo daré paz en la tierra, y dormiréis, y no habrá quien os espante: y haré quitar las malas bestias de vuestra tierra, y no pasará por vuestro país la espada:

And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

“‘I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and no one will make you afraid. I will remove evil animals out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

Et vous poursuivrez vos ennemis, et ils tomberont devant vous par l’épée.

Y perseguiréis á vuestros enemigos, y caerán á cuchillo delante de vosotros:

And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

You shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

Et cinq d’entre vous en poursuivront 100, et 100 d’entre vous en poursuivront 10 000, et vos ennemis tomberont devant vous par l’épée.

Y cinco de vosotros perseguirán á ciento, y ciento de vosotros perseguirán á diez mil, y vuestros enemigos caerán á cuchillo delante de vosotros.

And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

Et je me tournerai vers vous, et je vous ferai fructifier, et je vous multiplierai, et je mettrai à effet mon alliance avec vous.

Porque yo me volveré á vosotros, y os haré crecer, y os multiplicaré, y afirmaré mi pacto con vosotros:

For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.

“‘I will have respect for you, make you fruitful, multiply you, and will establish my covenant with you.

Et vous mangerez de vieilles provisions, et vous sortirez le vieux de devant le nouveau.

Y comeréis lo añejo de mucho tiempo, y sacaréis fuera lo añejo á causa de lo nuevo:

And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.

You shall eat old supplies long kept, and you shall move out the old because of the new.

Et je mettrai mon tabernacle au milieu de vous, et mon âme ne vous aura pas en horreur ;

Y pondré mi morada en medio de vosotros, y mi alma no os abominará:

And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.

I will set my tent among you, and my soul won’t abhor you.

et je marcherai au milieu de vous ; et je serai votre Dieu, et vous serez mon peuple.

Y andaré entre vosotros, y yo seré vuestro Dios, y vosotros seréis mi pueblo.

And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.

Moi, je suis l’Éternel, votre Dieu, qui vous ai fait sortir du pays d’Égypte, afin que vous ne soyez pas leurs esclaves : j’ai brisé les liens de votre joug, et je vous ai fait marcher la tête levée.

Yo Jehová vuestro Dios, que os saqué de la tierra de Egipto, para que no fueseis sus siervos; y rompí las coyundas de vuestro yugo, y os he hecho andar el rostro alto.

I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

Mais si vous ne m’écoutez pas, et si vous ne pratiquez pas tous ces commandements,

But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;

“‘But if you will not listen to me, and will not do all these commandments,

et si vous méprisez mes statuts, et si votre âme a en horreur mes ordonnances, de sorte que vous ne pratiquiez pas tous mes commandements et que vous rompiez mon alliance,

Y si abominareis mis decretos, y vuestra alma menospreciare mis derechos, no ejecutando todos mis mandamientos, é invalidando mi pacto;

And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:

and if you shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhors my ordinances, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant,

moi aussi, je vous ferai ceci : J’ordonnerai sur vous la frayeur, la consomption et la fièvre qui consumeront vos yeux et feront défaillir votre âme ; et vous sèmerez en vain votre semence, car vos ennemis la mangeront.

Yo también haré con vosotros esto: enviaré sobre vosotros terror, extenuación y calentura, que consuman los ojos y atormenten el alma: y sembraréis en balde vuestra simiente, porque vuestros enemigos la comerán:

I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

I also will do this to you: I will appoint terror over you, even consumption and fever, that shall consume the eyes, and make the soul to pine away. You will sow your seed in vain, for your enemies will eat it.

Et je tournerai ma face contre vous : vous serez battus devant vos ennemis ; ceux qui vous haïssent domineront sur vous ; et vous fuirez sans que personne vous poursuive.

Y pondré mi ira sobre vosotros, y seréis heridos delante de vuestros enemigos; y los que os aborrecen se enseñorearán de vosotros, y huiréis sin que haya quien os persiga.

And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.

I will set my face against you, and you will be struck before your enemies. Those who hate you will rule over you; and you will flee when no one pursues you.

Et si, après cela encore, vous ne m’écoutez pas, je vous châtierai encore sept fois plus à cause de vos péchés ;

Y si aun con esas cosas no me oyereis, yo tornaré á castigaros siete veces más por vuestros pecados.

And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

“‘If you in spite of these things will not listen to me, then I will chastise you seven times more for your sins.

et je briserai l’orgueil de votre force, et je ferai que votre ciel sera comme de fer, et votre terre comme d’airain.

Y quebrantaré la soberbia de vuestra fortaleza, y tornaré vuestro cielo como hierro, y vuestra tierra como metal:

And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:

I will break the pride of your power, and I will make your sky like iron, and your soil like bronze.

Et vous dépenserez votre force en vain, et votre terre ne donnera pas son rapport, et les arbres de la terre ne donneront pas leur fruit.

Y vuestra fuerza se consumirá en vano; que vuestra tierra no dará su esquilmo, y los árboles de la tierra no darán su fruto.

And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.

Your strength will be spent in vain; for your land won’t yield its increase, neither will the trees of the land yield their fruit.

Et si vous marchez en opposition avec moi et que vous ne vouliez pas m’écouter, je vous frapperai encore sept fois plus, selon vos péchés ;

Y si anduviereis conmigo en oposición, y no me quisiereis oir, yo añadiré sobre vosotros siete veces más plagas según vuestros pecados.

And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.

“‘If you walk contrary to me, and won’t listen to me, then I will bring seven times more plagues on you according to your sins.

et j’enverrai contre vous les bêtes des champs, qui vous raviront vos enfants, et détruiront votre bétail, et vous réduiront à un petit nombre ; et vos chemins seront désolés.

Enviaré también contra vosotros bestias fieras que os arrebaten los hijos, y destruyan vuestros animales, y os apoquen, y vuestros caminos sean desiertos.

I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.

I will send the wild animals among you, which will rob you of your children, destroy your livestock, and make you few in number. Your roads will become desolate.

Et si par ces choses-là vous ne recevez pas mon instruction, et que vous marchiez en opposition avec moi,

Y si con estas cosas no fuereis corregidos, sino que anduviereis conmigo en oposición,

And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;

“‘If by these things you won’t be turned back to me, but will walk contrary to me,

je marcherai, moi aussi, en opposition avec vous, et je vous frapperai, moi aussi, sept fois plus, à cause de vos péchés ;

Yo también procederé con vosotros en oposición, y os heriré aun siete veces por vuestros pecados:

Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.

then I will also walk contrary to you; and I will strike you, even I, seven times for your sins.

et je ferai venir sur vous l’épée qui exécute la vengeance de l’alliance ; et quand vous serez rassemblés dans vos villes, j’enverrai la peste au milieu de vous, et vous serez livrés en la main de l’ennemi.

Y traeré sobre vosotros espada vengadora, en vindicación del pacto; y os recogeréis á vuestras ciudades; mas yo enviaré pestilencia entre vosotros, y seréis entregados en mano del enemigo.

And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.

Quand je vous briserai le bâton du pain, dix femmes cuiront votre pain dans un seul four et vous rendront votre pain au poids ; et vous mangerez, et vous ne serez pas rassasiés.

Cuando yo os quebrantare el arrimo del pan, cocerán diez mujeres vuestro pan en un horno, y os devolverán vuestro pan por peso; y comeréis, y no os hartaréis.

And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.

Et si avec cela vous ne m’écoutez pas, et que vous marchiez en opposition avec moi,

Y si con esto no me oyereis, mas procediereis conmigo en oposición,

And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;

“‘If you in spite of this won’t listen to me, but walk contrary to me,

je marcherai aussi en opposition avec vous, avec fureur, et je vous châtierai, moi aussi, sept fois plus, à cause de vos péchés ;

Yo procederé con vosotros en contra y con ira, y os castigaré aun siete veces por vuestros pecados.

Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

then I will walk contrary to you in wrath. I will also chastise you seven times for your sins.

et vous mangerez la chair de vos fils, et vous mangerez la chair de vos filles ;

Y comeréis las carnes de vuestros hijos, y comeréis las carnes de vuestras hijas:

And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.

You will eat the flesh of your sons, and you will eat the flesh of your daughters.

je détruirai vos hauts lieux, et j’abattrai vos colonnes consacrées au soleil, et je mettrai vos cadavres sur les cadavres de vos idoles, et mon âme vous aura en horreur.

Y destruiré vuestros altos, y talaré vuestras imágenes, y pondré vuestros cuerpos muertos sobre los cuerpos muertos de vuestros ídolos, y mi alma os abominará:

And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.

I will destroy your high places, and cut down your incense altars, and cast your dead bodies upon the bodies of your idols; and my soul will abhor you.

Et je réduirai vos villes en déserts, et je désolerai vos sanctuaires, et je ne flairerai pas l’odeur agréable de vos parfums,

Y pondré vuestras ciudades en desierto, y asolaré vuestros santuarios, y no oleré la fragancia de vuestro suave perfume.

And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.

I will lay your cities waste, and will bring your sanctuaries to desolation. I will not take delight in the sweet fragrance of your offerings.

et je désolerai le pays, et vos ennemis qui y habiteront en seront étonnés ;

Yo asolaré también la tierra, y se pasmarán de ella vuestros enemigos que en ella moran:

And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.

I will bring the land into desolation, and your enemies who dwell in it will be astonished at it.

et vous, je vous disperserai parmi les nations, et je tirerai l’épée après vous, et votre pays sera mis en désolation, et vos villes seront un désert.

Y á vosotros os esparciré por las gentes, y desenvainaré espada en pos de vosotros: y vuestra tierra estará asolada, y yermas vuestras ciudades.

And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.

I will scatter you among the nations, and I will draw out the sword after you. Your land will be a desolation, and your cities shall be a waste.

Alors le pays jouira de ses sabbats tous les jours de sa désolation : quand vous, vous serez dans le pays de vos ennemis, alors le pays se reposera, et jouira de ses sabbats.

Entonces la tierra holgará sus sábados todos los días que estuviere asolada, y vosotros en la tierra de vuestros enemigos: la tierra descansará entonces y gozará sus sábados.

Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.

Then the land will enjoy its Sabbaths as long as it lies desolate and you are in your enemies’ land. Even then the land will rest and enjoy its Sabbaths.

Tous les jours qu’il sera désolé, il se reposera, parce qu’il ne s’était pas reposé dans vos sabbats pendant que vous y habitiez.

Todo el tiempo que estará asolada, holgará lo que no holgó en vuestros sábados mientras habitabais en ella.

As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.

As long as it lies desolate it shall have rest, even the rest which it didn’t have in your Sabbaths when you lived on it.

Et quant à ceux qui demeureront de reste d’entre vous, je ferai venir la lâcheté dans leur cœur, dans les pays de leurs ennemis, et le bruit d’une feuille emportée †par le vent les poursuivra, et ils fuiront comme on fuit l’épée, et tomberont sans que personne les poursuive ;

Y á los que quedaren de vosotros infundiré en sus corazones tal cobardía, en la tierra de sus enemigos, que el sonido de una hoja movida los perseguirá, y huirán como de cuchillo, y caerán sin que nadie los persiga:

And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.

“‘As for those of you who are left, I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies. The sound of a driven leaf will put them to flight; and they shall flee, as one flees from the sword. They will fall when no one pursues.

et ils trébucheront l’un par-dessus l’autre comme devant l’épée, sans que personne les poursuive ; et vous ne pourrez pas tenir devant vos ennemis ;

Y tropezarán los unos en los otros, como si huyeran delante de cuchillo, aunque nadie los persiga; y no podréis resistir delante de vuestros enemigos.

And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.

They will stumble over one another, as it were before the sword, when no one pursues. You will have no power to stand before your enemies.

et vous périrez parmi les nations, et le pays de vos ennemis vous dévorera.

Y pereceréis entre las gentes, y la tierra de vuestros enemigos os consumirá.

And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.

You will perish among the nations. The land of your enemies will eat you up.

Et ceux qui demeureront de reste d’entre vous, se consumeront dans leur iniquité, dans les pays de vos ennemis ; et ils se consumeront, dans les iniquités de leurs pères, avec eux.

Y los que quedaren de vosotros decaerán en las tierras de vuestros enemigos por su iniquidad; y por la iniquidad de sus padres decaerán con ellos:

And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.

Those of you who are left will pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers they shall pine away with them.

Et ils confesseront leur iniquité et l’iniquité de leurs pères, selon leurs infidélités par lesquelles ils ont été infidèles envers moi, et aussi comment ils ont marché en opposition avec moi,

Y confesarán su iniquidad, y la iniquidad de sus padres, por su prevaricación con que prevaricaron contra mí: y también porque anduvieron conmigo en oposición,

If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;

“‘If they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, in their trespass which they trespassed against me; and also that because they walked contrary to me,

en sorte que moi aussi, j’ai marché en opposition avec eux, et que je les ai amenés dans le pays de leurs ennemis. Si alors leur cœur incirconcis s’humilie et qu’alors ils acceptent la punition de leur iniquité,

Yo también habré andado con ellos en contra, y los habré metido en la tierra de sus enemigos: y entonces se humillará su corazón incircunciso, y reconocerán su pecado;

And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:

I also walked contrary to them, and brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised heart is humbled, and they then accept the punishment of their iniquity,

je me souviendrai de mon alliance avec Jacob, et aussi de mon alliance avec Isaac, et je me souviendrai aussi de mon alliance avec Abraham, et je me souviendrai de la terre :

Y yo me acordaré de mi pacto con Jacob, y asimismo de mi pacto con Isaac, y también de mi pacto con Abraham me acordaré; y haré memoria de la tierra.

Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.

la terre aura été abandonnée par eux, et elle aura joui de ses sabbats, dans sa désolation, eux n’y étant plus ; et ils accepteront la punition de leur iniquité, parce que…, oui, parce qu’ils ont méprisé mes ordonnances, et que leurs âmes ont eu en horreur mes statuts.

Que la tierra estará desamparada de ellos, y holgará sus sábados, estando yerma á causa de ellos; mas entretanto se someterán al castigo de sus iniquidades: por cuanto menospreciaron mis derechos, y tuvo el alma de ellos fastidio de mis estatutos.

The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.

The land also will be left by them, and will enjoy its Sabbaths while it lies desolate without them; and they will accept the punishment of their iniquity because they rejected my ordinances, and their soul abhorred my statutes.

Même alors, quand ils seront dans le pays de leurs ennemis, je ne les mépriserai pas et je ne les aurai pas en horreur pour en finir avec eux, pour rompre mon alliance avec eux ; car moi, je suis l’Éternel, leur Dieu ;

Y aun con todo esto, estando ellos en tierra de sus enemigos, yo no los desecharé, ni los abominaré para consumirlos, invalidando mi pacto con ellos: porque yo Jehová soy su Dios:

And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God.

et je me souviendrai en leur faveur de l’alliance faite avec leurs ancêtres, lesquels j’ai fait sortir du pays d’Égypte, sous les yeux des nations, pour être leur Dieu. Moi, je suis l’Éternel.

Antes me acordaré de ellos por el pacto antiguo, cuando los saqué de la tierra de Egipto á los ojos de las gentes, para ser su Dios: Yo Jehová.

But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.

Ce sont là les statuts, et les ordonnances, et les lois que l’Éternel établit entre lui et les fils d’Israël, sur la montagne de Sinaï, par Moïse.

Estos son los decretos, derechos y leyes que estableció Jehová entre sí y los hijos de Israel en el monte de Sinaí por mano de Moisés.

These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
