43Car le pays sera abandonné par eux, et il jouira de ses sabbats, tant qu'il sera dévasté loin d'eux; et ils subiront la peine de leur iniquité, parce qu'ils auront méprisé mes ordonnances et que leur âme a eu mes lois en aversion.

43Que la tierra estará desamparada de ellos, y holgará sus sábados, estando yerma á causa de ellos; mas entretanto se someterán al castigo de sus iniquidades: por cuanto menospreciaron mis derechos, y tuvo el alma de ellos fastidio de mis estatutos.

43The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
