Ma se la casa è in un borgo non murato, si venderà colle condizioni stesse de' poderi: tornerà al padrone nel giubileo, ove non sia stata prima riscattata.

Mas las casas de las aldeas que no tienen muro alrededor, serán estimadas como una haza de tierra: tendrán redención, y saldrán en el jubileo.

But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile.
