1Und Jahwe redete mit Mose also:
2Gebiete den Israeliten, daß sie dir lauteres Öl aus zerstoßenen Oliven für den Leuchter herbeibringen, damit man beständig Lampen aufstecken kann.
3Außerhalb des Vorhangs vor dem Gesetz im Offenbarungszelte soll ihn Aaron herrichten, daß er beständig vor Jahwe brenne vom Abend bis zum Morgen. Das ist eine für alle Zeiten geltende Satzung, die ihr beobachten sollt von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht.
4Auf dem Leuchter von gediegenem Golde soll er die Lampen herrichten, daß sie beständig vor Jahwe brennen.
5Ferner sollst du Feinmehl nehmen und daraus zwölf Kuchen backen - zwei Zehntel sollen auf jeden Kuchen kommen -
6und sollst sie in zwei Reihen, je sechs in einer Reihe, auf dem Tisch von gediegenem Golde vor Jahwe auflegen.
7Jeder Schicht aber sollst du reinen Weihrauch beigeben; dieser soll dann als Duftteil von dem Brote dienen als ein Jahwe dargebrachtes Feueropfer.
8Jedesmal am Sabbattage soll er es beständig vor Jahwe aufschichten, kraft einer den Israeliten obliegenden, für alle Zeiten geltenden Verpflichtung.
9Und es soll Aaron und seinen Söhnen zufallen, daß sie es verzehren an heiliger Stätte; denn es gehört ihm als ein Hochheiliges unter den Feueropfern, kraft eines für alle Zeiten geltenden Rechts.
10Und der Sohn einer Israelitin - er stammte aber von einem ägyptischen Manne - ging aus mitten unter die Israeliten; da gerieten sie im Lager in Streit, der Sohn der Israelitin und ein israelitischer Mann.
11Da lästerte der Sohn der Israelitin den heiligen Namen und fluchte; da brachten sie ihn zu Mose (seine Mutter aber hieß Selomith, die Tochter Dibris, vom Stamme Dan).
12Und sie legten ihn in Gewahrsam, bis ihnen Weisung zukäme auf Grund eines Ausspruchs Jahwes.
13Und Jahwe redete mit Mose also:
14Laß den Flucher hinaus vor das Lager führen, und alle, die es gehört haben, sollen ihm die Hände auf daß Haupt aufstemmen, und sodann soll ihn die ganze Gemeinde steinigen.
15Zu den Israeliten aber sollst du also sprechen: Wer irgend seinem Gotte flucht, der lädt Sünde auf sich.
16Und wer den Namen Jahwes lästert, soll mit dem Tode bestraft werden; die ganze Gemeinde soll ihn unfehlbar steinigen. Es sei ein Fremder oder ein Landeseingeborner - wenn er den heiligen Namen lästert, soll er getötet werden.
17Wenn jemand irgend einen Menschen erschlägt, soll er mit dem Tode bestraft werden.
18Und wer ein Stück Vieh erschlägt, hat er es zu ersetzen - Leben um Leben.
19Wenn jemand seinem Nächsten einen Leibesschaden zufügt, dem soll man thun, wie er gethan hat:
20Bruch um Bruch, Auge um Auge, Zahn um Zahn; derselbe Leibesschaden, den er einem andern zufügt, soll ihm zugefügt werden.
21Wer ein Stück Vieh erschlägt, hat es zu ersetzen; wer aber einen Menschen erschlägt, der soll getötet werden.
22Einerlei Recht soll unter euch gelten, für den Fremden, wie für den Landeseingebornen, denn ich bin Jahwe, euer Gott.
23Und Mose redete mit den Israeliten; da führten sie den Flucher hinaus vor das Lager und steinigten ihn. Und die Israeliten thaten, wie Jahwe Mose befohlen hatte.

1Y HABLÓ Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
2Manda á los hijos de Israel que te traigan aceite de olivas claro, molido, para la luminaria, para hacer arder las lámparas de continuo.
3Fuera del velo del testimonio, en el tabernáculo del testimonio, las aderezará Aarón desde la tarde hasta la mañana delante de Jehová, de continuo: estatuto perpetuo por vuestras edades.
4Sobre el candelero limpio pondrá siempre en orden las lámparas delante de Jehová.
5Y tomarás flor de harina, y cocerás de ella doce tortas: cada torta será de dos décimas.
6Y has de ponerlas en dos órdenes, seis en cada orden, sobre la mesa limpia delante de Jehová.
7Pondrás también sobre cada orden incienso limpio, y será para el pan por perfume, ofrenda encendida á Jehová.
8Cada día de sábado lo pondrá de continuo en orden delante de Jehová, de los hijos de Israel por pacto sempiterno.
9Y será de Aarón y de sus hijos, los cuales lo comerán en el lugar santo; porque es cosa muy santa para él, de las ofrendas encendidas á Jehová, por fuero perpetuo.
10En aquella sazón el hijo de una mujer Israelita, el cual era hijo de un Egipcio, salió entre los hijos de Israel; y el hijo de la Israelita y un hombre de Israel riñeron en el real:
11Y el hijo de la mujer Israelita pronunció el Nombre, y maldijo: entonces le llevaron á Moisés. Y su madre se llamaba Selomith, hija de Dribi, de la tribu de Dan.
12Y pusiéronlo en la cárcel, hasta que les fuese declarado por palabra de Jehová.
13Y Jehová habló á Moisés, diciendo:
14Saca al blasfemo fuera del real, y todos los que le oyeron pongan sus manos sobre la cabeza de él, y apedréelo toda la congregación.
15Y á los hijos de Israel hablarás, diciendo: Cualquiera que maldijere á su Dios, llevará su iniquidad.
16Y el que blasfemare el nombre de Jehová, ha de ser muerto: toda la congregación lo apedreará: así el extranjero como el natural, si blasfemare el Nombre, que muera.
17Asimismo el hombre que hiere de muerte á cualquiera persona, que sufra la muerte.
18Y el que hiere á algún animal, ha de restituirlo: animal por animal.
19Y el que causare lesión en su prójimo, según hizo, así le sea hecho:
20Rotura por rotura, ojo por ojo, diente por diente: según la lesión que habrá hecho á otro, tal se hará á él.
21El que hiere algún animal, ha de restituirlo; mas el que hiere de muerte á un hombre, que muera.
22Un mismo derecho tendréis: como el extranjero, así será el natural: porque yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios.
23Y habló Moisés á los hijos de Israel, y ellos sacaron al blasfemo fuera del real, y apedreáronlo con piedras. Y los hijos de Israel hicieron según que Jehová había mandado á Moisés.

1And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2Command the children of Israel, that they bring unto thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamps to burn continually.
3Without the vail of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aaron order it from the evening unto the morning before the LORD continually: it shall be a statute for ever in your generations.
4He shall order the lamps upon the pure candlestick before the LORD continually.
5And thou shalt take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof: two tenth deals shall be in one cake.
6And thou shalt set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before the LORD.
7And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
8Every sabbath he shall set it in order before the LORD continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant.
9And it shall be Aaron’s and his sons’; and they shall eat it in the holy place: for it is most holy unto him of the offerings of the LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute.
10And the son of an Israelitish woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel: and this son of the Israelitish woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp;
11And the Israelitish woman’s son blasphemed the name of the LORD, and cursed. And they brought him unto Moses: (and his mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan:)
12And they put him in ward, that the mind of the LORD might be shewed them.
13And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
14Bring forth him that hath cursed without the camp; and let all that heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him.
15And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his God shall bear his sin.
16And he that blasphemeth the name of the LORD, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he blasphemeth the name of the LORD, shall be put to death.
17And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death.
18And he that killeth a beast shall make it good; beast for beast.
19And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he hath done, so shall it be done to him;
20Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again.
21And he that killeth a beast, he shall restore it: and he that killeth a man, he shall be put to death.
22Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the LORD your God.
23And Moses spake to the children of Israel, that they should bring forth him that had cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the children of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.

1The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
2“Command the children of Israel, that they bring to you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually.
3Outside of the veil of the Testimony, in the Tent of Meeting, Aaron shall keep it in order from evening to morning before the LORD continually. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations.
4He shall keep in order the lamps on the pure gold lamp stand before the LORD continually.
5“You shall take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes of it: two tenths of an ephah shall be in one cake.
6You shall set them in two rows, six on a row, on the pure gold table before the LORD.
7You shall put pure frankincense on each row, that it may be to the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire to the LORD.
8Every Sabbath day he shall set it in order before the LORD continually. It is an everlasting covenant on the behalf of the children of Israel.
9It shall be for Aaron and his sons. They shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy to him of the offerings of the LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute.”
10The son of an Israelite woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel; and the son of the Israelite woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp.
11The son of the Israelite woman blasphemed the Name, and cursed; and they brought him to Moses. His mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan.
12They put him in custody until the LORD’s will should be declared to them.
13The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
14“Bring him who cursed out of the camp; and let all who heard him lay their hands on his head, and let all the congregation stone him.
15You shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.
16He who blasphemes the LORD’s name, he shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him. The foreigner as well as the native-born shall be put to death when he blasphemes the Name.
17“‘He who strikes any man mortally shall surely be put to death.
18He who strikes an animal mortally shall make it good, life for life.
19If anyone injures his neighbor, it shall be done to him as he has done:
20fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. It shall be done to him as he has injured someone.
21He who kills an animal shall make it good; and he who kills a man shall be put to death.
22You shall have one kind of law for the foreigner as well as the native-born; for I am the LORD your God.’”
23Moses spoke to the children of Israel; and they brought him who had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones. The children of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.
