Dara rottura per la rottura, occhio pell'occhio, dente pel dente: qual è il mal, che ha fatto, tal egli il sopporterà.

Rotura por rotura, ojo por ojo, diente por diente: según la lesión que habrá hecho á otro, tal se hará á él.

Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again.

fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. It shall be done to him as he has injured someone.
