El SEÑOR dijo a Moisés: "Habla a los sacerdotes, los hijos de Aarón, y diles a ellos: 'Ninguno entre ustedes se hará a sí mismo impuro por aquellos que mueren entre su pueblo,
Y JEHOVÁ dijo á Moisés: Habla á los sacerdotes hijos de Aarón, y diles que no se contaminen por un muerto en sus pueblos.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto the priests the sons of Aaron, and say unto them, There shall none be defiled for the dead among his people:
The LORD said to Moses, “Speak to the priests, the sons of Aaron, and say to them, ‘A priest shall not defile himself for the dead among his people,
excepto por sus parientes más cercanos su madre, su padre, su hijo, su hija, su hermano,
Mas por su pariente cercano á sí, por su madre, ó por su padre, ó por su hijo, ó por su hermano,
But for his kin, that is near unto him, that is, for his mother, and for his father, and for his son, and for his daughter, and for his brother,
except for his relatives that are near to him: for his mother, for his father, for his son, for his daughter, for his brother,
o su hermana virgen que es dependiente de él, ya que ella no tiene esposo por ella, él se puede hacer impuro a sí mismo.
O por su hermana virgen, á él cercana, la cual no haya tenido marido, por ella se contaminará.
And for his sister a virgin, that is nigh unto him, which hath had no husband; for her may he be defiled.

They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their flesh.

Ellos deben ser santos a su Dios y no deben deshonrar el nombre de su Dios, porque los sacerdotes ofrecen al SEÑOR ofrendas de comidas, el pan de su Dios. Por lo tanto, los sacerdotes deben ser santos.
Santos serán á su Dios, y no profanarán el nombre de su Dios; porque los fuegos de Jehová y el pan de su Dios ofrecen: por tanto serán santos.
They shall be holy unto their God, and not profane the name of their God: for the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and the bread of their God, they do offer: therefore they shall be holy.

Tú lo separarás, pues él es quien le ofrenda pan a su Dios. Él debe ser santo a ti, porque Yo, el SEÑOR, quien te hace santo Yo también soy santo.

Cualquier hija de cualquier sacerdote que se profane a sí misma por convertirse en una prostituta desgracia a su padre. Ella debe ser quemada.
Y la hija del varón sacerdote, si comenzare á fornicar, á su padre amancilla: quemada será al fuego.
And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire.

Aquel que es el Sumo Sacerdote entre sus hermanos, en cuya cabeza se ha vertido el aceite de la unción, y quien ha sido consagrado para usar los vestidos del alto sacerdote, no usará su cabello suelto o rasgará sus ropas.
Y el sumo sacerdote entre sus hermanos, sobre cuya cabeza fué derramado el aceite de la unción, y que hinchió su mano para vestir las vestimentas, no descubrirá su cabeza, ni romperá sus vestidos:
And he that is the high priest among his brethren, upon whose head the anointing oil was poured, and that is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not uncover his head, nor rend his clothes;
“‘He who is the high priest among his brothers, upon whose head the anointing oil is poured, and who is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not let the hair of his head hang loose, or tear his clothes.
Él no debe ir a ningún lugar en el que esté presente un cuerpo muerto, y que se contamine a sí mismo, aún por su padre o su madre.
Ni entrará donde haya alguna persona muerta, ni por su padre, ó por su madre se contaminará.

Él no debe casarse con una viuda, con una mujer divorciada, o una mujer que es una prostituta. Él no se casará con este tipo de mujeres. Él sólo se casará con una virgen de su propia gente,
Viuda, ó repudiada, ó infame, ó ramera, éstas no tomará: mas tomará virgen de sus pueblos por mujer.
A widow, or a divorced woman, or profane, or an harlot, these shall he not take: but he shall take a virgin of his own people to wife.
He shall not marry a widow, or one divorced, or a woman who has been defiled, or a prostitute. He shall take a virgin of his own people as a wife.
así que, él no contaminará a sus hijos entre su gente, pues yo soy el SEÑOR, quien lo hace santo.

El SEÑOR le habló a Moisés, diciendo:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
"Háblale a Aarón y dile a él: 'Quien sea de tus descendientes a través de sus generaciones que tenga un defecto corporal, el no debe acercarse a ofrendar la comida a su Dios.
Habla á Aarón, y dile: El varón de tu simiente en sus generaciones, en el cual hubiere falta, no se allegará para ofrecer el pan de su Dios.
Speak unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever he be of thy seed in their generations that hath any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God.
“Say to Aaron, ‘None of your offspring throughout their generations who has a defect may approach to offer the bread of his God.
Cualquier hombre que tenga un defecto corporal no debe acercarse al SEÑOR, tal como un hombre ciego, o un hombre que no esté capaz para caminar, uno que esté desfigurado o deformado,
Porque ningún varón en el cual hubiere falta, se allegará: varón ciego, ó cojo, ó falto, ó sobrado,
For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous,
For whatever man he is that has a defect, he shall not draw near: a blind man, or a lame, or he who has a flat nose, or any deformity,
un hombre con una mano o pie lisiado,
O varón en el cual hubiere quebradura de pie ó rotura de mano,
Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded,
or a man who has an injured foot, or an injured hand,
un hombre que tenga una joroba en su espalda, o es anormalmente flaco o de baja estatura, o un hombre con un defecto en sus ojos, o con alguna enfermedad, dolor, costras en la piel, o cuyos testículos hayan sido aplastados.
O corcovado, ó lagañoso, ó que tuviere nube en el ojo, ó que tenga sarna, ó empeine, ó compañón relajado;
Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken;
or hunchbacked, or a dwarf, or one who has a defect in his eye, or an itching disease, or scabs, or who has damaged testicles.
Ningún hombre entre los descendientes de Aarón el sacerdote con un defecto corporal; él no deberá acercarse a ofrendar pan a su Dios.
Ningún varón de la simiente de Aarón sacerdote, en el cual hubiere falta, se allegará para ofrecer las ofrendas encendidas de Jehová. Hay falta en él; no se allegará á ofrecer el pan de su Dios.
No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God.
No man of the offspring of Aaron the priest who has a defect shall come near to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire. Since he has a defect, he shall not come near to offer the bread of his God.
Él podrá comer la comida de su Dios, ya sea alguna de la más santa o alguna de la santa.
El pan de su Dios, de lo muy santo y las cosas santificadas, comerá.
He shall eat the bread of his God, both of the most holy, and of the holy.

Empero no entrará del velo adentro, ni se allegará al altar, por cuanto hay falta en él: y no profanará mi santuario, porque yo Jehová soy el que los santifico.
Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
He shall not come near to the veil, nor come near to the altar, because he has a defect; that he may not profane my sanctuaries, for I am the LORD who sanctifies them.’”
Así que, Moisés habló estas palabras a Aarón, a sus hijos, y a todo el pueblo de Israel.
Y Moisés habló esto á Aarón, y á sus hijos, y á todos los hijos de Israel.
And Moses told it unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel.
So Moses spoke to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel.
