20Und wenn ein Mann bei einer Frau liegt zur Begattung, und sie ist eine Magd, einem Mann verlobt, und sie ist keineswegs losgekauft noch ist ihr die Freiheit geschenkt, so soll Züchtigung stattfinden; sie sollen nicht getötet werden, denn sie ist nicht frei gewesen.
