JERICHO aber schloss und blieb verschlossen vor Israel. Niemand ging hinaus und niemand hinein.

EMPERO Jericó estaba cerrada, bien cerrada, á causa de los hijos de Israel: nadie entraba, ni salía.

Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in.
