4Und zwar soll er in eine dieser Städte fliehen, an den Eingang des Stadtthors treten und seine Angelegenheit den Vornehmsten der betreffenden Stadt vortragen. Sodann sollen sie ihn zu sich in die Stadt aufnehmen und ihm Raum gewähren, daß er bei ihnen wohnen bleibe.

4Y el que se acogiere á alguna de aquellas ciudades, presentaráse á la puerta de la ciudad, y dirá sus causas, oyéndolo los ancianos de aquella ciudad: y ellos le recibirán consigo dentro de la ciudad, y le darán lugar que habite con ellos.

4And when he that doth flee unto one of those cities shall stand at the entering of the gate of the city, and shall declare his cause in the ears of the elders of that city, they shall take him into the city unto them, and give him a place, that he may dwell among them.
