Josué 1

Après la mort de Moïse, serviteur de l'Eternel, Dieu parla ainsi à Josué, fils de Noun, qui avait servi Moïse:

Y ACONTECIÓ después de la muerte de Moisés siervo de Jehová, que Jehová habló á Josué hijo de Nun, ministro de Moisés, diciendo:

Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ minister, saying,

Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, the LORD spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ servant, saying,

"Mon serviteur Moïse est mort. Maintenant, dispose-toi à traverser le Jourdain avec tout ce peuple, pour entrer dans le pays que je donne aux enfants d'Israël.

Mi siervo Moisés es muerto: levántate pues ahora, y pasa este Jordán, tú y todo este pueblo, á la tierra que yo les doy á los hijos de Israel.

Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.

“Moses my servant is dead. Now therefore arise, go across this Jordan, you and all these people, to the land which I am giving to them, even to the children of Israel.

Toute région que foulera la plante de votre pied, je vous la donne, ainsi que je l'ai déclaré à Moïse.

Yo os he entregado, como lo había dicho á Moisés, todo lugar que pisare la planta de vuestro pie.

Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.

I have given you every place that the sole of your foot will tread on, as I told Moses.

Depuis le Désert jusqu'au Liban que voilà et jusqu'au grand Fleuve, le fleuve de l'Euphrate, tout le pays des Héthéens jusqu'à la grande mer, au couchant, tel sera votre territoire.

Desde el desierto y este Líbano hasta el gran río Eufrates, toda la tierra de los Hetheos hasta la gran mar del poniente del sol, será vuestro término.

From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.

Nul ne pourra te résister, tant que tu vivras; comme j'ai été avec Moïse, je serai avec toi, je ne te laisserai faiblir ni ne t'abandonnerai.

Nadie te podrá hacer frente en todos los días de tu vida: como yo fuí con Moisés, seré contigo; no te dejaré, ni te desampararé.

There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

No man will be able to stand before you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not fail you nor forsake you.

Sois ferme et vaillant! Car c'est toi qui vas mettre ce peuple en possession du pays que j'ai juré à ses ancêtres de lui donner.

Esfuérzate y sé valiente: porque tú repartirás á este pueblo por heredad la tierra, de la cual juré á sus padres que la daría á ellos.

Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.

“Be strong and courageous; for you shall cause this people to inherit the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.

Mais sois ferme et bien résolu, en t'appliquant à agir conformément à toute la doctrine que t'a tracée mon serviteur Moïse: ne t'en écarte à droite ni à gauche, pour que tu réussisses dans toutes tes voies.

Solamente te esfuerces, y seas muy valiente, para cuidar de hacer conforme á toda la ley que mi siervo Moisés te mandó: no te apartes de ella ni á diestra ni á siniestra, para que seas prosperado en todas las cosas que emprendieres.

Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.

Only be strong and very courageous. Be careful to observe to do according to all the law which Moses my servant commanded you. Don’t turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go.

Ce livre de la Doctrine ne doit pas quitter ta bouche, tu le méditeras jour et nuit afin d'en observer avec soin tout le contenu; car alors seulement tu prospéreras dans tes voies, alors seulement tu seras heureux.

El libro de aquesta ley nunca se apartará de tu boca: antes de día y de noche meditarás en él, para que guardes y hagas conforme á todo lo que en él está escrito: porque entonces harás prosperar tu camino, y todo te saldrá bien.

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it; for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.

Oui, je te le recommande: sois fort et résolu, sans peur et sans faiblesse! Car l'Eternel, ton Dieu, sera avec toi dans toutes tes voies."

Mira que te mando que te esfuerces y seas valiente: no temas ni desmayes, porque Jehová tu Dios será contigo en donde quiera que fueres.

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”

Et Josué donna l'ordre suivant aux préposés du peuple:

Y Josué mandó á los oficiales del pueblo, diciendo:

Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,

Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,

"Parcourez le camp et communiquez cet ordre au peuple: Munissez-vous de provisions; car, encore trois jours, et vous passerez ce Jourdain pour marcher à la conquête du pays que l'Eternel, votre Dieu, vous donne en possession."

Pasad por medio del campo, y mandad al pueblo, diciendo: Preveníos de comida; porque dentro de tres días pasaréis el Jordán, para que entréis á poseer la tierra que Jehová vuestro Dios os da para que la poseáis.

Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the LORD your God giveth you to possess it.

“Pass through the middle of the camp, and command the people, saying, ‘Prepare food; for within three days you are to pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God gives you to possess.’”

Puis, aux tribus de Ruben et de Gad, et à la demi-tribu de Manassé, Josué parla ainsi:

También habló Josué á los Rubenitas y Gaditas, y á la media tribu de Manasés, diciendo:

And to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh, spake Joshua, saying,

Joshua spoke to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to the half-tribe of Manasseh, saying,

"Souvenez-vous de la recommandation que vous fit Moïse, serviteur de l'Eternel, en disant: "L'Eternel, votre Dieu, vous accorde le repos, en vous faisant don de ce pays-ci."

Acordaos de la palabra que Moisés, siervo de Jehová, os mandó diciendo: Jehová vuestro Dios os ha dado reposo, y os ha dado esta tierra.

Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, The LORD your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this land.

“Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, ‘The LORD your God gives you rest, and will give you this land.

Vos femmes donc, vos enfants et vos troupeaux peuvent rester dans le pays que Moïse vous a donné de ce côté du Jourdain; mais, vous tous, les hommes valides, vous marcherez en armes à la tête de vos frères, et vous les seconderez,

Vuestras mujeres y vuestros niños y vuestras bestias, quedarán en la tierra que Moisés os ha dado de esta parte del Jordán; mas vosotros, todos los valientes y fuertes, pasaréis armados delante de vuestros hermanos, y les ayudaréis;

Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side Jordan; but ye shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valour, and help them;

Your wives, your little ones, and your livestock shall live in the land which Moses gave you beyond the Jordan; but you shall pass over before your brothers armed, all the mighty men of valor, and shall help them

jusqu'à ce que l'Eternel ait assuré le sort de vos frères comme le vôtre, et qu'à leur tour ils soient en possession du pays que l'Eternel, votre Dieu, leur donne. Alors vous pourrez retourner et vous installer dans la contrée qui vous appartient et que Moïse, serviteur de l'Eternel, vous a accordée, de ce côté du Jourdain, sur la rive orientale."

Hasta tanto que Jehová haya dado reposo á vuestros hermanos como á vosotros, y que ellos también posean la tierra que Jehová vuestro Dios les da: y después volveréis vosotros á la tierra de vuestra herencia, la cual Moisés siervo de Jehová os ha dado, de esta parte del Jordán hacia donde nace el sol; y la poseeréis.

Until the LORD have given your brethren rest, as he hath given you, and they also have possessed the land which the LORD your God giveth them: then ye shall return unto the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses the LORD’s servant gave you on this side Jordan toward the sunrising.

until the LORD has given your brothers rest, as he has given you, and they have also possessed the land which the LORD your God gives them. Then you shall return to the land of your possession and possess it, which Moses the servant of the LORD gave you beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise.’”

Et ils répondirent à Josué: "Tout ce que tu nous ordonnes, nous le ferons; où tu nous enverras, nous irons.

Entonces respondieron á Josué, diciendo: Nosotros haremos todas las cosas que nos has mandado, é iremos adonde quiera que nos mandares.

And they answered Joshua, saying, All that thou commandest us we will do, and whithersoever thou sendest us, we will go.

They answered Joshua, saying, “All that you have commanded us we will do, and wherever you send us we will go.

Tout comme nous avons obéi à Moïse, nous voulons t'obéir; puisse seulement l'Eternel, ton Dieu, être avec toi, comme il fut avec Moïse!

De la manera que obedecimos á Moisés en todas las cosas, así te obedeceremos á ti: solamente Jehová tu Dios sea contigo, como fué con Moisés.

According as we hearkened unto Moses in all things, so will we hearken unto thee: only the LORD thy God be with thee, as he was with Moses.

Just as we listened to Moses in all things, so will we listen to you. Only may the LORD your God be with you, as he was with Moses.

Quiconque méconnaîtra ton autorité et désobéira à ta parole, quoi que tu lui ordonnes, qu'il soit mis à mort! Toi seulement sois ferme et résolu!"

Cualquiera que fuere rebelde á tu mandamiento, y no obedeciere á tus palabras en todas las cosas que le mandares, que muera; solamente que te esfuerces, y seas valiente.

Whosoever he be that doth rebel against thy commandment, and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage.

Whoever rebels against your commandment, and doesn’t listen to your words in all that you command him shall himself be put to death. Only be strong and courageous.”
