Questa è la porzione data a sorte alla tribù di Manasse (perocché questi fu primogenito di Giuseppe): a Machir primogenito di Manasse, padre di Galaad, il quale fu uomo guerriero, e possedè il paese di Galaad, e di Basan;

Y TUVO también suerte la tribu de Manasés, porque fué primogénito de José. Machîr, primogénito de Manasés, y padre de Galaad, el cual fué hombre de guerra, tuvo á Galaad y á Basán.
