Josué 11

Lorsque Jabin, roi de Hatsor, eut appris ces choses, il envoya des messagers à Jobab, roi de Madon, au roi de Simron, au roi d'Acsaph,

OYENDO esto Jabín rey de Hasor, envió mensaje á Jobab rey de Madón, y al rey de Simrom, y al rey de Achsaph,

And it came to pass, when Jabin king of Hazor had heard those things, that he sent to Jobab king of Madon, and to the king of Shimron, and to the king of Achshaph,

et aux rois qui étaient au nord dans la montagne et dans la plaine, au sud de Kinnaroth, et dans le bas pays, et sur les hauteurs de Dor du côté de l'occident,

Y á los reyes que estaban á la parte del norte en las montañas, y en el llano al mediodía de Cinneroth, y en los llanos, y en las regiones de Dor al occidente;

And to the kings that were on the north of the mountains, and of the plains south of Chinneroth, and in the valley, and in the borders of Dor on the west,

and to the kings who were on the north, in the hill country, in the Arabah south of Chinneroth, in the lowland, and in the heights of Dor on the west,

aux Cananéens de l'orient et de l'occident, aux Amorrhéens, aux Héthiens, aux Phéréziens, aux Jébusiens sur la montagne, aux Héviens du pied de l'Hermon dans le pays de Mitspa.

Y al Cananeo que estaba al oriente y al occidente, y al Amorrheo, y al Hetheo, y al Pherezeo, y al Jebuseo en las montañas, y al Heveo debajo de Hermón en tierra de Mizpa.

And to the Canaanite on the east and on the west, and to the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Jebusite in the mountains, and to the Hivite under Hermon in the land of Mizpeh.

Et ils sortirent, eux et toutes leurs armées avec eux, multitude immense, égale au sable qui est au bord de la mer, avec des chevaux et des chars en fort grand nombre.

Estos salieron, y con ellos todos sus ejércitos, pueblo mucho en gran manera, como la arena que está á la orilla del mar, con gran muchedumbre de caballos y carros.

And they went out, they and all their hosts with them, much people, even as the sand that is upon the sea shore in multitude, with horses and chariots very many.

Et tous ces rois se trouvèrent au lieu assigné et vinrent camper ensemble près des eaux de Mérom, pour combattre avec Israël.

Todos estos reyes se juntaron, y viniendo reunieron los campos junto á las aguas de Merom, para pelear contra Israel.

And when all these kings were met together, they came and pitched together at the waters of Merom, to fight against Israel.

Et l'Eternel dit à Josué : N'aie pas peur d'eux ; car demain, à cette heure-ci, je les livrerai tous transpercés devant Israël ; tu couperas les jarrets à leurs chevaux, et tu brûleras leurs chars.

Mas Jehová dijo á Josué: No tengas temor de ellos, que mañana á esta hora yo entregaré á todos éstos, muertos delante de Israel: á sus caballos desjarretarás, y sus carros quemarás al fuego.

And the LORD said unto Joshua, Be not afraid because of them: for to morrow about this time will I deliver them up all slain before Israel: thou shalt hough their horses, and burn their chariots with fire.

The LORD said to Joshua, “Don’t be afraid because of them; for tomorrow at this time, I will deliver them up all slain before Israel. You shall hamstring their horses and burn their chariots with fire.”

Et Josué et tous ses gens de guerre avec lui arrivèrent sur eux à l'improviste près des eaux de Mérom et fondirent sur eux.

Y vino Josué, y con él todo el pueblo de guerra, contra ellos, y dió de repente sobre ellos junto á las aguas de Merom.

So Joshua came, and all the people of war with him, against them by the waters of Merom suddenly; and they fell upon them.

Y entrególos Jehová en manos de Israel, los cuales los hirieron y siguieron hasta Sidón la grande, y hasta las aguas calientes, y hasta el llano de Mizpa al oriente, hiriéndolos hasta que no les dejaron ninguno.

And the LORD delivered them into the hand of Israel, who smote them, and chased them unto great Zidon, and unto Misrephoth-maim, and unto the valley of Mizpeh eastward; and they smote them, until they left them none remaining.

And Joshua did unto them as the LORD bade him: he houghed their horses, and burnt their chariots with fire.

Et en ce même temps, Josué revint et prit Hatsor et fit périr son roi par l'épée, car Hatsor était autrefois la capitale de tous ces royaumes.

Y tornándose Josué, tomó en el mismo tiempo á Hasor, é hirió á cuchillo á su rey: la cual Hasor había sido antes cabeza de todos estos reinos.

And Joshua at that time turned back, and took Hazor, and smote the king thereof with the sword: for Hazor beforetime was the head of all those kingdoms.

Et ils firent passer tous les êtres vivants qui s'y trouvaient au tranchant de l'épée, en les vouant à l'interdit ; aucun ne demeura de reste, et on brûla Hatsor.

E hirieron á cuchillo todo cuanto en ella había vivo, destruyendo y no dejando cosa con vida; y á Asor pusieron á fuego.

And they smote all the souls that were therein with the edge of the sword, utterly destroying them: there was not any left to breathe: and he burnt Hazor with fire.

Et Josué prit toutes les villes de ces rois et tous leurs rois, et il les voua à l'interdit et les fit passer au tranchant de l'épée, comme Moïse, serviteur de l'Eternel, l'avait ordonné.

Asimismo tomó Josué todas las ciudades de aquestos reyes, y á todos los reyes de ellas, y los metió á cuchillo, y los destruyó, como Moisés siervo de Jehová lo había mandado.

And all the cities of those kings, and all the kings of them, did Joshua take, and smote them with the edge of the sword, and he utterly destroyed them, as Moses the servant of the LORD commanded.

depuis la montagne nue qui s'élève vers Séir, jusqu'à Baal-Gad, dans la vallée du Liban au pied du mont Hermon ; il prit tous leurs rois, les frappa et les fit mourir.

Desde el monte de Halac, que sube hasta Seir, hasta Baal-gad en la llanura del Líbano, á las raíces del monte Hermón: tomó asimismo todos sus reyes, los cuales hirió y mató.

Et la guerre que fit Josué contre tous ces rois dura longtemps.
