39Und er brachte es samt dem König und den umliegenden Ortschaften in seine Gewalt. Und sie erschlugen sie und vollstreckten an allen Menschen, die darin waren, den Bann, so daß keiner entkam, wie er mit Hebron verfahren war, ebenso verfuhr er mit Debira und seinem Könige, und wie er mit Libna und seinem Könige verfahren war.

39Y tomóla, y á su rey, y á todas sus villas; y metiéronlos á cuchillo, y destruyeron todo lo que allí dentro había vivo, sin quedar nada: como había hecho á Hebrón, así hizo á Debir y á su rey; y como había hecho á Libna y á su rey.

39And he took it, and the king thereof, and all the cities thereof; and they smote them with the edge of the sword, and utterly destroyed all the souls that were therein; he left none remaining: as he had done to Hebron, so he did to Debir, and to the king thereof; as he had done also to Libnah, and to her king.
