10Und Jahwe brachte sie in Verwirrung und ließ sie fliehen vor den Israeliten; da brachten sie ihnen bei Gibeon eine schwere Niederlage bei und verfolgten sie in der Richtung nach der Steige von Beth Horon und trieben sie in die Flucht bis nach Aseka und bis Makeda.

10And the LORD discomfited them before Israel, and slew them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and chased them along the way that goeth up to Beth-horon, and smote them to Azekah, and unto Makkedah.

10The LORD confused them before Israel. He killed them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and chased them by the way of the ascent of Beth Horon, and struck them to Azekah and to Makkedah.
