Sono sceso sino ai fondamenti delle montagne: le sbarre della terra mi hanno rinchiuso per sempre; ma tu dalla corruzione trarrai la mia vita, o Signore Dio mio.

Descendí á las raíces de los montes; la tierra echó sus cerraduras sobre mí para siempre: mas tú sacaste mi vida de la sepultura, oh Jehová Dios mío.

When my soul fainted within me I remembered the LORD: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple.
