Sonnez de la trompette en Sion, et donnez l'alarme sur ma sainte montagne ! que tous les habitants du pays tremblent ! car le jour de l'Éternel arrive, car il est proche ;

TOCAD trompeta en Sión, y pregonad en mi santo monte: tiemblen todos los moradores de la tierra; porque viene el día de Jehová, porque está cercano.

Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;

jour ténébreux et sombre, jour de nuées et d'obscurité. Telle s'étend l'aurore sur les montagnes, tel †s'avance un peuple nombreux et fort, comme il n'y en eut point dès les temps éternels et il n'y en aura plus après lui dans les années des âges et des âges.

Día de tinieblas y de oscuridad, día de nube y de sombra, que sobre los montes se derrama como el alba: un pueblo grande y fuerte: nunca desde el siglo fué semejante, ni después de él será jamás en años de generación en generación.

A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.

Devant lui le feu dévore, et derrière lui la flamme embrase ; le pays avant lui était comme un jardin d'Éden, et après lui c'est la désolation d'un désert, et rien ne lui échappe.

Delante de él consumirá fuego, tras de él abrasará llama; como el huerto de Edén será la tierra delante de él, y detrás de él como desierto asolado; ni tampoco habrá quien de él escape.

A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.

Tel l'aspect des chevaux, tel est son aspect, et ils courent comme des cavaliers.

Su parecer, como parecer de caballos; y como gente de á caballo correrán.

The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.

Avec le fracas des chars sur les cimes des montagnes ils bondissent ; c'est le bruissement de la flamme du feu consumant le chaume ; c'est une forte armée rangée en bataille.

Como estruendo de carros saltarán sobre las cumbres de los montes; como sonido de llama de fuego que consume hojarascas, como fuerte pueblo aparejado para la batalla.

Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.

Devant eux les peuples tremblent, et tous les visages pâlissent.

Delante de él temerán los pueblos, pondránse mustios todos los semblantes.

Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.

Ils courent comme des héros, comme des guerriers ils escaladent les murs ; chacun d'eux suit sa route, et ils ne changent point l'ordre de leur marche ;

Como valientes correrán, como hombres de guerra subirán la muralla; y cada cual irá en sus caminos, y no torcerán sus sendas.

They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:

ils ne se poussent point l'un l'autre, chacun suit sa voie, ils se précipitent à travers les traits, et ne rompent point leurs rangs ;

Ninguno apretará á su compañero, cada uno irá por su carrera; y aun cayendo sobre la espada no se herirán.

Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.

One doesn’t jostle another. They each march in their own path. They burst through the defenses and don’t break ranks.

ils parcourent la ville, grimpent aux murailles, envahissent les maisons, et entrent par les fenêtres comme le larron.

Irán por la ciudad, correrán por el muro, subirán por las casas, entrarán por las ventanas á manera de ladrones.

They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.

They rush on the city. They run on the wall. They climb up into the houses. They enter in at the windows like thieves.

Devant eux la terre tremble, les Cieux s'ébranlent, le soleil et la lune s'assombrissent, et les étoiles retirent leur éclat.

Delante de él temblará la tierra, se estremecerán los cielos: el sol y la luna se oscurecerán, y las estrellas retraerán su resplandor.

The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:

The earth quakes before them. The heavens tremble. The sun and the moon are darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining.

Et l'Éternel fait entendre sa voix devant son armée, car son camp est immense, et l'exécuteur de sa parole puissant ; car grande est la journée de l'Éternel, et très redoutable : qui la soutiendrait ?

Y Jehová dará su voz delante de su ejército: porque muchos son sus reales y fuertes, que ponen en efecto su palabra: porque grande es el día de Jehová, y muy terrible; ¿y quién lo podrá sufrir?

And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

The LORD thunders his voice before his army, for his forces are very great; for he is strong who obeys his command; for the day of the LORD is great and very awesome, and who can endure it?

Mais, encore à présent, dit l'Éternel, revenez à moi de tout votre cœur, et avec jeûne et avec larmes et gémissements !

Por eso pues ahora, dice Jehová, convertíos á mí con todo vuestro corazón, con ayuno y lloro y llanto.

Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:

“Yet even now,” says the LORD, “turn to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning.”

Déchirez vos cœurs et non vos vêtements, et revenez à l'Éternel votre Dieu, car Il est clément et pitoyable, patient et plein d'amour, et Il envoie les maux à regret.

Y lacerad vuestro corazón, y no vuestros vestidos; y convertíos á Jehová vuestro Dios; porque misericordioso es y clemente, tardo para la ira, y grande en misericordia, y que se arrepiente del castigo.

And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.

Tear your heart and not your garments, and turn to the LORD, your God; for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness, and relents from sending calamity.

Qui sait ? Il reviendra peut-être et aura du regret, et laissera après lui des bénédictions, des offrandes et des libations pour l'Éternel votre Dieu.

¿Quién sabe si volverá, y se apiadará, y dejará bendición tras de él, presente y libación para Jehová Dios vuestro?

Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God?

Who knows? He may turn and relent, and leave a blessing behind him, even a meal offering and a drink offering to the LORD, your God.

Sonnez de la trompette en Sion ! consacrez un jeûne ! convoquez une assemblée !

Tocad trompeta en Sión, pregonad ayuno, llamad á congregación.

Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:

réunissez le peuple, formez une sainte convocation ! assemblez les vieillards, réunissez les enfants et les nourrissons à la mamelle ! que l'époux quitte sa chambre, et l'épouse son lit nuptial !

Reunid el pueblo, santificad la reunión, juntad los viejos, congregad los niños y los que maman: salga de su cámara el novio, y de su tálamo la novia.

Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.

Gather the people. Sanctify the assembly. Assemble the elders. Gather the children, and those who nurse from breasts. Let the bridegroom go out of his room, and the bride out of her chamber.

qu'entre le vestibule et l'autel pleurent les sacrificateurs, ministres de l'Éternel, et qu'ils disent : Éternel, épargne ton peuple, et ne livre pas ton patrimoine à l'opprobre, pour qu'il devienne la fable des peuples ! pourquoi dirait-on parmi les nations : Où est leur Dieu ?

Entre la entrada y el altar, lloren los sacerdotes, ministros de Jehová, y digan: Perdona, oh Jehová, á tu pueblo, y no pongas en oprobio tu heredad, para que las gentes se enseñoreen de ella. ¿Por qué han de decir entre los pueblos: Dónde está su Dios?

Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?

Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, “Spare your people, LORD, and don’t give your heritage to reproach, that the nations should rule over them. Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their God?’”

Alors l'Éternel prendra de l'intérêt pour son pays et épargnera son peuple,

Y Jehová celará su tierra, y perdonará su pueblo.

Then will the LORD be jealous for his land, and pity his people.

et l'Éternel répondra et dira à son peuple : Voici, je vous enverrai le blé et le moût et l'huile, et vous vous en rassasierez, et je ne vous livrerai plus à l'opprobre parmi les nations.

Y responderá Jehová, y dirá á su pueblo: He aquí yo os envío pan, y mosto, y aceite, y seréis saciados de ellos: y nunca más os pondré en oprobio entre las gentes.

Yea, the LORD will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen:

The LORD answered his people, “Behold, I will send you grain, new wine, and oil, and you will be satisfied with them; and I will no more make you a reproach among the nations.

J'éloignerai de vous cet ennemi du nord et le repousserai dans une terre aride et déserte, son avant-garde dans la mer d'orient, et son arrière-garde dans la mer d'occident, afin que son infection s'élève, et que sa puanteur s'élève, parce qu'ils se sont montrés si glorieux !

Y haré alejar de vosotros al del aquilón, y echarélo en la tierra seca y desierta: su faz será hacia el mar oriental, y su fin al mar occidental, y exhalará su hedor; y subirá su pudrición, porque hizo grandes cosas.

But I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.

But I will remove the northern army far away from you, and will drive it into a barren and desolate land, its front into the eastern sea, and its back into the western sea; and its stench will come up, and its bad smell will rise.” Surely he has done great things.

N'aie point de peur, ô pays ! sois dans l'allégresse et la joie ! car l'Éternel se montrera glorieux !

Tierra, no temas; alégrate y gózate: porque Jehová ha de hacer grandes cosas.

Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things.

Land, don’t be afraid. Be glad and rejoice, for the LORD has done great things.

N'ayez point de peur, bêtes des champs, car les pacages de la plaine verdiront, car les arbres donneront leurs fruits, le figuier et la vigne donneront leurs richesses.

Animales del campo, no temáis; porque los pastos del desierto reverdecerán, porque los árboles llevarán su fruto, la higuera y la vid darán sus frutos.

Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.

Don’t be afraid, you animals of the field; for the pastures of the wilderness spring up, for the tree bears its fruit. The fig tree and the vine yield their strength.

Et vous, enfants de Sion, réjouissez-vous, félicitez-vous de l'Éternel votre Dieu ! car Il vous donnera un maître de justice, et Il vous enverra les flots de la pluie d'automne et de la pluie du printemps, à l'entrée de la saison.

Vosotros también, hijos de Sión, alegraos y gozaos en Jehová vuestro Dios; porque os ha dado la primera lluvia arregladamente, y hará descender sobre vosotros lluvia temprana y tardía como al principio.

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.

“Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD, your God; for he gives you the early rain in just measure, and he causes the rain to come down for you, the early rain and the latter rain, as before.

Et les aires se rempliront de blé, et les cuves regorgeront de moût et d'huile ;

Y las eras se henchirán de trigo, y los lagares rebosarán de vino y aceite.

And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.

The threshing floors will be full of wheat, and the vats will overflow with new wine and oil.

et je compenserai pour vous les années dévorées par la locuste, l'attelabe, la sauterelle et le bruche, ma grande armée envoyée par moi contre vous.

Y os restituiré los años que comió la oruga, la langosta, el pulgón, y el revoltón; mi grande ejército que envié contra vosotros.

And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you.

Et vous mangerez et serez rassasiés, et vous louerez le nom de l'Éternel votre Dieu, qui aura fait pour vous des choses merveilleuses, et mon peuple ne sera plus confus, jamais.

Y comeréis hasta saciaros, y alabaréis el nombre de Jehová vuestro Dios, el cual hizo maravillas con vosotros: y nunca jamás será mi pueblo avergonzado.

And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.

You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied, and will praise the name of the LORD, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; and my people will never again be disappointed.

Et vous reconnaîtrez que je suis au milieu d'Israël, et que moi, l'Éternel, je suis votre Dieu, et qu'il n'y en a point d'autre, et mon peuple. ne sera plus confus, jamais.

Y conoceréis que en medio de Israel estoy yo, y que yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios, y no hay otro: y mi pueblo nunca jamás será avergonzado.

And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.

You will know that I am among Israel, and that I am the LORD, your God, and there is no one else; and my people will never again be disappointed.

Et dans la suite il arrivera que je verserai mon Esprit sur toute chair, et vos fils et vos filles prophétiseront, et vos vieillards auront des songes et vos jeunes gens des visions ;

Y será que después de esto, derramaré mi Espíritu sobre toda carne, y profetizarán vuestros hijos y vuestras hijas; vuestros viejos soñarán sueños, y vuestros mancebos verán visiones.

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

“It will happen afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; and your sons and your daughters will prophesy. Your old men will dream dreams. Your young men will see visions.

et aussi sur les serviteurs et les servantes en ces jours-là je verserai mon Esprit.

Y aun también sobre los siervos y sobre las siervas derramaré mi Espíritu en aquellos días.

And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.

Et je ferai paraître des prodiges dans les Cieux et sur la terre ; il y aura du sang et du feu et des colonnes de fumée,

le soleil sera changé en ténèbres et la lune en sang, avant que vienne la journée de l'Éternel, la grande et redoutable journée.

El sol se tornará en tinieblas, y la luna en sangre, antes que venga el día grande y espantoso de Jehová.

Alors quiconque invoquera le nom de l'Éternel sera sauvé ; car sur la montagne de Sion et à Jérusalem il y aura des réchappés, comme l'a dit l'Éternel, et parmi les survivants sera celui qui invoquera l'Éternel.

Y será que cualquiera que invocare el nombre de Jehová, será salvo: porque en el monte de Sión y en Jerusalem habrá salvación, como Jehová ha dicho, y en los que quedaren, á los cuales Jehová habrá llamado.

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

It will happen that whoever will call on the LORD’s name shall be saved; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who escape, as the LORD has said, and among the remnant, those whom the LORD calls.
