Aún si he pecado, ¿qué te haria eso a Tí, Tú que vigilas a los hombres? ¿Porqué has hecho de mi un blanco, hasta convertirme en una carga para Tí?

Pequé, ¿qué te haré, oh Guarda de los hombres? ¿por qué me has puesto contrario á ti, y que á mí mismo sea pesado?

I have sinned; what shall I do unto thee, O thou preserver of men? why hast thou set me as a mark against thee, so that I am a burden to myself?
