Ciertamente, Él pesa la densa nube con la humedad; Él esparse sus relámpagos a través de las nubes.

Regando también llega á disipar la densa nube, y con su luz esparce la niebla.

Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud:

Yes, he loads the thick cloud with moisture. He spreads abroad the cloud of his lightning.
