Come un vino nuovo, che non ha esalazione spezza i nuovi vasi, così nel mio petto succede.

De cierto mi vientre está como el vino que no tiene respiradero, y se rompe como odres nuevos.

Behold, my belly is as wine which hath no vent; it is ready to burst like new bottles.

Behold, my breast is as wine which has no vent; like new wineskins it is ready to burst.
