Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.

Sind seine Heerscharen zu zählen? / Und über wem geht nicht sein Licht auf? /
¿Tienen sus ejércitos número? ¿y sobre quién no está su luz?
Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?
Can his armies be counted? On whom does his light not arise?
