Antes de la luz del día el asesino se levanta y mata a la gente pobre y a la gente necesitada; en la noche él es como un ladrón.

A la luz se levanta el matador, mata al pobre y al necesitado, y de noche es como ladrón.

The murderer rising with the light killeth the poor and needy, and in the night is as a thief.

The murderer rises with the light. He kills the poor and needy. In the night he is like a thief.
