Mi espíritu esta consumido, y mis días están terminados; la tumba está lista para mi.
MI ALIENTO está corrompido, acórtanse mis días, y me está aparejado el sepulcro.
My breath is corrupt, my days are extinct, the graves are ready for me.
“My spirit is consumed. My days are extinct and the grave is ready for me.
Seguramente hay burladores conmigo; mi ojo debe siempre ver su provocación.
No hay conmigo sino escarnecedores, en cuya acrimonia se detienen mis ojos.
Are there not mockers with me? and doth not mine eye continue in their provocation?
Surely there are mockers with me. My eye dwells on their provocation.
Dame una promesa, sé Tú una garantía para mí contigo; ¿quién más está ahí que pueda ayudarme?
Pon ahora, dame fianza para litigar contigo: ¿quién tocará ahora mi mano?
Lay down now, put me in a surety with thee; who is he that will strike hands with me?
“Now give a pledge. Be collateral for me with yourself. Who is there who will strike hands with me?
Porque Tú, Dios, has aislado sus corazones del entendimiento; por lo tanto, Tú no los exaltarás a ellos sobre mi.
Porque á éstos has tú escondido su corazón de inteligencia: por tanto, no los ensalzarás.
For thou hast hid their heart from understanding: therefore shalt thou not exalt them.
For you have hidden their heart from understanding, therefore you will not exalt them.
Aquel que denuncia sus amigos por una recompensa, los ojos de sus niños fallarán.
El que denuncia lisonjas á sus prójimos, los ojos de sus hijos desfallezcan.
He that speaketh flattery to his friends, even the eyes of his children shall fail.
He who denounces his friends for plunder, even the eyes of his children will fail.
Pero Él me ha convetido un dicho de la gente; ellos escupen en mi cara.
El me ha puesto por parábola de pueblos, y delante de ellos he sido como tamboril.
He hath made me also a byword of the people; and aforetime I was as a tabret.
“But he has made me a byword of the people. They spit in my face.
Mi ojo también está nublado por la pena; todas las partes de mi cuerpo estan tan delgadas como sombras.
Y mis ojos se oscurecieron de desabrimiento, y mis pensamientos todos son como sombra.
Mine eye also is dim by reason of sorrow, and all my members are as a shadow.

Los hombres rectos estarán aturdidos por esto; el hombre inocente se volcará contra los hombres impíos.
Los rectos se maravillarán de esto, y el inocente se levantará contra el hipócrita.
Upright men shall be astonied at this, and the innocent shall stir up himself against the hypocrite.
Upright men will be astonished at this. The innocent will stir himself up against the godless.
El hombre recto se mantendrá en su camino; aquel que tiene manos límpias se volverá fuerte y más fuerte.
No obstante, proseguirá el justo su camino, y el limpio de manos aumentará la fuerza.
The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.
Yet the righteous will hold to his way. He who has clean hands will grow stronger and stronger.
Pero en cuanto a todos ustedes, vengan ahora; yo no encontraré un hombre sabio entre ustedes.
Mas volved todos vosotros, y venid ahora, que no hallaré entre vosotros sabio.
But as for you all, do ye return, and come now: for I cannot find one wise man among you.
But as for you all, come back. I will not find a wise man among you.
Mis días son pasado; mis planes están destrozados, y así están los deseos de mi corazón.
Pasáronse mis días, fueron arrancados mis pensamientos, los designios de mi corazón.
My days are past, my purposes are broken off, even the thoughts of my heart.

Estas personas, estos burladores, cambian la noche en día; la luz está cerca de la oscuridad.
Pusieron la noche por día, y la luz se acorta delante de las tinieblas.
They change the night into day: the light is short because of darkness.
They change the night into day, saying ‘The light is near’ in the presence of darkness.
Desde que miré al Seol como mi hogar; desde que he tendido mi cama en la oscuridad;
Si yo espero, el sepulcro es mi casa: haré mi cama en las tinieblas.
If I wait, the grave is mine house: I have made my bed in the darkness.
If I look for Sheol as my house, if I have spread my couch in the darkness,
desde que dije al pozo: 'Tú eres mi padre,' y al gusano: ' Tú eres mi madre o mi hermana,'
A la huesa tengo dicho: Mi padre eres tú; á los gusanos: Mi madre y mi hermana.
I have said to corruption, Thou art my father: to the worm, Thou art my mother, and my sister.
if I have said to corruption, ‘You are my father,’ and to the worm, ‘My mother,’ and ‘My sister,’
¿Entonces dónde está mi esperanza? ¿En cuanto a mi esperanza, quién puede ver alguna?
¿Dónde pues estará ahora mi esperanza? y mi esperanza ¿quién la verá?
And where is now my hope? as for my hope, who shall see it?
where then is my hope? As for my hope, who will see it?
Puede la esperanza bajar conmigo a las puertas del Seol cuando descendamos al polvo? "
A los rincones de la huesa descenderán, y juntamente descansarán en el polvo.
They shall go down to the bars of the pit, when our rest together is in the dust.
Shall it go down with me to the gates of Sheol, or descend together into the dust?”
