Non vi chiamerò già più servi, perché il servo non sa quel, che faccia il suo padrone. Ma vi ho chiamati amici: perché tutto quello, che intesi dal Padre mio, lo ho fatto sapere a voi.
Ya no os llamaré siervos, porque el siervo no sabe lo que hace su señor: mas os he llamado amigos, porque todas las cosas que oí de mi Padre, os he hecho notorias.
Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.
No longer do I call you servants, for the servant doesn’t know what his lord does. But I have called you friends, for everything that I heard from my Father, I have made known to you.
