Jeremías 9

Wenn ich nur in der Wüste eine Ruhestatt besäße, verlassen wollte ich nein Volk, fortgehn von ihnen. Sie sind ja alle Ehebrecher und eine Rotte treuloser Gesellen.

¡OH si mi cabeza se tornase aguas, y mis ojos fuentes de aguas, para que llore día y noche los muertos de la hija de mi pueblo!

Oh that my head were waters, and mine eyes a fountain of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people!

¡Oh quién me diese en el desierto un mesón de caminantes, para que dejase mi pueblo, y de ellos me apartase! Porque todos ellos son adúlteros, congregación de prevaricadores.

Ein jeder hüte sich vor seinem Nachbarn! Und keiner traue seinem Bruder! Denn Hinterlist übt jeder Bruder, und jeder Nachbar gibt sich mit Verleumdung ab.

E hicieron que su lengua, como su arco, tirase mentira; y no se fortalecieron por verdad en la tierra: porque de mal en mal procedieron, y me han desconocido, dice Jehová.

And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the LORD.

“They bend their tongue, as their bow, for falsehood. They have grown strong in the land, but not for truth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they don’t know me,” says the LORD.

Und einer hintergeht den andern, betrügt, gewöhnt ans Lügen seine Zunge und frevelt ohne Rast und Ruhe. -

Guárdese cada uno de su compañero, ni en ningún hermano tenga confianza: porque todo hermano engaña con falacia, y todo compañero anda con falsedades.

Take ye heed every one of his neighbour, and trust ye not in any brother: for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbour will walk with slanders.

“Everyone beware of his neighbor, and don’t trust in any brother; for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbor will go around like a slanderer.

"Du wohnest mitten unter Lug und Trug; Sie wollen mich vor lauter Trug nicht kennen." Ein Spruch des Herrn.

Y cada uno engaña á su compañero, y no hablan verdad: enseñaron su lengua á hablar mentira, se ocupan de hacer perversamente.

And they will deceive every one his neighbour, and will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity.

Darum spricht so der Herr der Heerscharen: "Fürwahr, ich will sie schmelzend prüfen. Wie kann ich anders handeln an der Tochter meines Volkes?

Tu morada es en medio de engaño; de muy engañadores no quisieron conocerme, dice Jehová.

Thine habitation is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, saith the LORD.

Your habitation is in the middle of deceit. Through deceit, they refuse to know me,” says the LORD.

Ein spitzer Pfeil ist ihre Zunge, das Reden trügerisch. Man redet freundlich zum Genossen mit dem Munde; im Innern legt man einen Hinterhalt für ihn.

Por tanto, así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: He aquí que yo los fundiré, y los ensayaré; porque ¿cómo he de hacer por la hija de mi pueblo?

Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, I will melt them, and try them; for how shall I do for the daughter of my people?

Dafür soll ich sie nicht bestrafen?" Ein Spruch des Herrn. "An einem Volk, wie dieses, keine Rache nehmen?"

Saeta afilada es la lengua de ellos; engaño habla; con su boca habla paz con su amigo, y dentro de sí pone sus asechanzas.

Their tongue is as an arrow shot out; it speaketh deceit: one speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouth, but in heart he layeth his wait.

Their tongue is a deadly arrow. It speaks deceit. One speaks peaceably to his neighbor with his mouth, but in his heart, he waits to ambush him.

Ich heb ein Weinen an, ein Klagen um die Berge, und um der Steppe Fluren stimm ich an ein Trauerlied. Denn so verheert sind sie, daß sie kein Wandersmann durchzieht. Sie hören nimmermehr der Herde Blöken. Vom Vogel unterm Himmel bis zum Wild ist alles weggezogen, fortgezogen.

¿No los tengo de visitar sobre estas cosas? dice Jehová. ¿De tal gente no se vengará mi alma?

Shall I not visit them for these things? saith the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

Shouldn’t I punish them for these things?” says the LORD. “Shouldn’t my soul be avenged on a nation such as this?

"Jerusalem, das mache ich zu einem Steinhaufen und zur Behausung für Schakale. Zu einer Wüste mache ich die Städte Judas, worin kein Mensch mehr wohnt."

Sobre los montes levantaré lloro y lamentación, y llanto sobre las moradas del desierto; porque desolados fueron hasta no quedar quien pase, ni oyeron bramido de ganado: desde las aves del cielo y hasta las bestias de la tierra se trasportaron, y se fueron.

For the mountains will I take up a weeping and wailing, and for the habitations of the wilderness a lamentation, because they are burned up, so that none can pass through them; neither can men hear the voice of the cattle; both the fowl of the heavens and the beast are fled; they are gone.

I will weep and wail for the mountains, and lament for the pastures of the wilderness, because they are burned up, so that no one passes through; Men can’t hear the voice of the livestock. Both the birds of the sky and the animals have fled. They are gone.

Wer ist so weise, daß er dies verstünde? Und daß er künden könnte, was der Mund des Herrn zu ihm geredet? Weswegen geht das Land zugrunde, der Wüste gleich versengt, durch die kein Wandrer zieht?

Y pondré á Jerusalem en montones, por morada de culebras; y pondré las ciudades de Judá en asolamiento, que no quede morador.

And I will make Jerusalem heaps, and a den of dragons; and I will make the cities of Judah desolate, without an inhabitant.

“I will make Jerusalem heaps, a dwelling place of jackals. I will make the cities of Judah a desolation, without inhabitant.”

So spricht der Herr: "Weil mein Gesetz sie schnöd verlassen, das einst ich ihnen vorgelegt, und weil sie nicht auf meine Stimme hören und ihr nicht folgen mögen,

¿Quién es varón sabio que entienda esto? ¿y á quién habló la boca de Jehová, para que pueda declararlo? ¿Por qué causa la tierra ha perecido, ha sido asolada como desierto, que no hay quien pase?

Who is the wise man, that may understand this? and who is he to whom the mouth of the LORD hath spoken, that he may declare it, for what the land perisheth and is burned up like a wilderness, that none passeth through?

Who is wise enough to understand this? Who is he to whom the mouth of the LORD has spoken, that he may declare it? Why has the land perished and burned up like a wilderness, so that no one passes through?

vielmehr starrsinnig ihrem eigenen Sinn und den Baalen folgen, die ihre Väter sie gelehrt",

Y dijo Jehová: Porque dejaron mi ley, la cual dí delante de ellos, y no obedecieron á mi voz, ni caminaron conforme á ella;

And the LORD saith, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not obeyed my voice, neither walked therein;

deshalb spricht so der Herr der Heerscharen, Gott Israels: "Ich gebe Wermut diesem Volk zu essen und tränke es mit bitterem Wasser,

Antes se fueron tras la imaginación de su corazón, y en pos de los Baales que les enseñaron sus padres:

But have walked after the imagination of their own heart, and after Baalim, which their fathers taught them:

but have walked after the stubbornness of their own heart and after the Baals, which their fathers taught them.”

und unter Völker streue ich sie hin, die weder sie noch ihre Väterje gekannt, und sende hinter ihnen drein das Schwert, bis daß ich sie vernichtet habe."

Por tanto, así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos, Dios de Israel: He aquí que á este pueblo yo les daré á comer ajenjos, y les daré á beber aguas de hiel.

Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will feed them, even this people, with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink.

So spricht der Heeresscharen Herr: "Besinnt euch! Ruft die Klageweiber, daß sie kommen! Zu weisen Frauen schickt, auf daß sie eilends kommen!"

Y los esparciré entre gentes que no conocieron ellos ni sus padres; y enviaré espada en pos de ellos, hasta que yo los acabe.

I will scatter them also among the heathen, whom neither they nor their fathers have known: and I will send a sword after them, till I have consumed them.

Sie sollen über uns ein Trauerlied anstimmen, auf daß von Tränen unsere Augen fließen und von Wasser unsere Wimpern triefen!

Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: Considerad, y llamad plañideras que vengan; y enviad por las sabias que vengan:

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Consider ye, and call for the mourning women, that they may come; and send for cunning women, that they may come:

Ja, horch! Ein Klagelied ertönt aus Sion: "Wie sind wir zugerichtet! Voll Schmach! Verlassen müssen wir das Land, und unsere Wohnungen zerfallen." -

Y dense prisa, y levanten llanto sobre nosotros, y córranse nuestros ojos en lágrimas, y nuestros párpados en aguas se destilen.

And let them make haste, and take up a wailing for us, that our eyes may run down with tears, and our eyelids gush out with waters.

Ja, Weiber, hört das Wort des Herrn, und euer Ohr erfasse seines Mundes Worte! Dann lehret eure Töchter Wehgesänge, ein Weib das andere den Grabgesang:

Porque voz de endecha fué oída de Sión: ¡Cómo hemos sido destruídos! en gran manera hemos sido confundidos. ¿Por qué dejamos la tierra? ¿por qué nos han echado de sí nuestras moradas?

For a voice of wailing is heard out of Zion, How are we spoiled! we are greatly confounded, because we have forsaken the land, because our dwellings have cast us out.

"Durch unsre Fenster stieg der Tod; in unsre Burgen drang die Pest und würgte Kinder auf der Straße und auf dem Markte junge Männer." Sprich so!

Oid pues, oh mujeres, palabra de Jehová, y vuestro oído reciba la palabra de su boca; y enseñad endechas á vuestras hijas, y cada una á su amiga, lamentación.

Yet hear the word of the LORD, O ye women, and let your ear receive the word of his mouth, and teach your daughters wailing, and every one her neighbour lamentation.

Ein Spruch des Herrn: "Der Leute Leichen liegen da gleich Dünger auf dem Ackerfeld, wie hinterm Schnitter Ähren, die niemand sammelt."

Porque la muerte ha subido por nuestras ventanas, ha entrado en nuestros palacios; para talar los niños de las calles, los mancebos de las plazas.

For death is come up into our windows, and is entered into our palaces, to cut off the children from without, and the young men from the streets.

So spricht der Herr: "Der Weise rühme sich nicht seiner Weisheit! Der Starke rühme sich nicht seiner Stärke! Der Reiche rühme sich nicht seines Reichtums!

Habla: Así ha dicho Jehová: Los cuerpos de los hombres muertos caerán como estiércol sobre la haz del campo, y como manojo tras el segador, que no hay quien lo recoja.

Speak, Thus saith the LORD, Even the carcases of men shall fall as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the harvestman, and none shall gather them.

Speak, “The LORD says, “‘The dead bodies of men will fall as dung on the open field, and as the handful after the harvester. No one will gather them.’”

Vielmehr, wer sich da rühmen will, der rühme sich, daß er so klug ist, mich zu kennen, daß ich, der Herr, es bin, der Gnade, Recht, Gerechtigkeit auf Erden schafft; an solchen habe ich Gefallen." Ein Spruch des Herrn.

Así dijo Jehová: No se alabe el sabio en su sabiduría, ni en su valentía se alabe el valiente, ni el rico se alabe en sus riquezas.

Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:

The LORD says, “Don’t let the wise man glory in his wisdom. Don’t let the mighty man glory in his might. Don’t let the rich man glory in his riches.

"Es kommen Tage", ein Spruch des Herrn, "wo ich die Unbeschnittenen heimsuche,

Mas alábese en esto el que se hubiere de alabar: en entenderme y conocerme, que yo soy Jehová, que hago misericordia, juicio, y justicia en la tierra: porque estas cosas quiero, dice Jehová.

But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.

But let him who glories glory in this, that he has understanding, and knows me, that I am the LORD who exercises loving kindness, justice, and righteousness in the earth, for I delight in these things,” says the LORD.

Ägypten so wie Midian, Edom, die Ammonssöhne, Moab und alle mit gestutztem Haar, die in der Wüste wohnen. Die Heiden all sind unbeschnitten; doch Israels gesamtes Haus ist unbeschnittnen Herzens."

He aquí que vienen días, dice Jehová, y visitaré sobre todo circuncidado, y sobre todo incircunciso:

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will punish all them which are circumcised with the uncircumcised;

“Behold, the days come,” says the LORD, “that I will punish all those who are circumcised only in their flesh:

A Egipto, y á Judá, y á Edom, y á los hijos de Ammón y de Moab, y á todos los arrinconados en el postrer rincón, que moran en el desierto; porque todas las gentes tienen prepucio, y toda la casa de Israel tiene prepucio en el corazón.

Egypt, and Judah, and Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that are in the utmost corners, that dwell in the wilderness: for all these nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in the heart.

Egypt, Judah, Edom, the children of Ammon, Moab, and all who have the corners of their hair cut off, who dwell in the wilderness, for all the nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in heart.”
