Jeremías 6

Ascolta, o terra: Ecco, che io sopra questo popolo manderò flagelli, frutto de' suoi consigli: perch'ei non ha ascoltate le mie parole, ed ha rigettata la mia legge.

Oye, tierra. He aquí yo traigo mal sobre este pueblo, el fruto de sus pensamientos; porque no escucharon á mis palabras, y aborrecieron mi ley.

Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.

Hear, earth! Behold, I will bring evil on this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not listened to my words; and as for my law, they have rejected it.
