16Also sprach Jahwe: Tretet hin an die Wege und schaut und fragt nach den Pfaden, die man in der Urzeit gewandelt, welches der Weg zum Glücke sei, und geht ihn, daß ihr Ruhe für eure Seele findet! Sie aber sprachen: Wir mögen ihn nicht gehen!

16Así dijo Jehová: Paraos en los caminos, y mirad, y preguntad por las sendas antiguas, cuál sea el buen camino, y andad por él, y hallaréis descanso para vuestra alma. Mas dijeron: No andaremos.

16Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.

16The LORD says, “Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, ‘Where is the good way?’ and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’
