O tu, che siedi sopra le molte acque, ricca de' tuoi tesori, è venuto il tuo fine, il punto fisso del tuo eccidio.

La que moras entre muchas aguas, rica en tesoros, venido ha tu fin, la medida de tu codicia.

O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, and the measure of thy covetousness.

You who dwell on many waters, abundant in treasures, your end has come, the measure of your covetousness.
