2Verkundiget unter den Heiden und lasset erschallen; werfet ein Panier auf! Lasset erschallen und verberget es nicht und sprechet: Babel ist gewonnen, Bel stehet mit Schanden, Merodach ist zerschmettert, ihre Gotzen stehen mit Schanden, und ihre Gotter sind zerschmettert.

2Denunciad en las gentes, y haced saber; levantad también bandera: publicad, y no encubráis: decid: Tomada es Babilonia, Bel es confundido, deshecho es Merodach; confundidas son sus esculturas, quebrados son sus ídolos.

2Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images are broken in pieces.
