Jeremías 4

Ho dato uno sguardo alla terra, ed ecco, che ella era un vacuo, ed un niente, ho dato uno sguardo a' cieli, e in essi non era luce.

Miré la tierra, y he aquí que estaba asolada y vacía; y los cielos, y no había en ellos luz.

I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.
