Jeremías 48

Conciossiachè per aver tu avuta fidanza nelle tue forze, e ne' tuoi tesori, tu pur sarai presa: e muterà paese Chamos, e i suoi sacerdoti, e i suoi principi insieme.

Pues por cuanto confiaste en tus haciendas, en tus tesoros, tú también serás tomada: y Chêmos saldrá en cautiverio, los sacerdotes y sus príncipes juntamente.

For because thou hast trusted in thy works and in thy treasures, thou shalt also be taken: and Chemosh shall go forth into captivity with his priests and his princes together.

For, because you have trusted in your works and in your treasures, you also will be taken. Chemosh will go out into captivity, his priests and his princes together.
