Jeremías 48

Io conosco, dice il Signore, la sua giattanza; e che a questa il suo valor non confina, e i suoi tentativi non furon proporzionati al suo potere.

Yo conozco, dice Jehová, su cólera; mas no tendrá efecto: sus mentiras no han de aprovecharle.

I know his wrath, saith the LORD; but it shall not be so; his lies shall not so effect it.

I know his wrath,” says the LORD, “that it is nothing; his boastings have done nothing.
