Jeremías 43

Die Obelisken von Beth-Semes im Lande Ägypten wird er zerbrechen, und die Tempel der Götter Ägyptens wird er verbrennen. (1) hebr. Name der ägyptischen Stadt On, die bei den Griechen Heliopolis heisst.

Además, quebrará las estatuas de Beth-semes, que es en tierra de Egipto, y las casas de los dioses de Egipto quemará á fuego.

He shall break also the images of Beth-shemesh, that is in the land of Egypt; and the houses of the gods of the Egyptians shall he burn with fire.

He will also break the pillars of Beth Shemesh that is in the land of Egypt; and he will burn the houses of the gods of Egypt with fire.’”
