Ma tu con molti amatori hai peccato, e con tutto questo il Signore dice: Ritorna a me, ed io ti riceverò.
DICEN: Si alguno dejare su mujer, y yéndose ésta de él se juntare á otro hombre, ¿volverá á ella más? ¿no será tal tierra del todo amancillada? Tú pues has fornicado con muchos amigos; mas vuélvete á mí, dijo Jehová.
They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man’s, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the LORD.
“They say, ‘If a man puts away his wife, and she goes from him, and becomes another man’s, should he return to her again?’ Wouldn’t that land be greatly polluted? But you have played the prostitute with many lovers; yet return again to me,” says the LORD.
Alza in alto i tuoi occhi, e mira in qual luogo tu non abbi peccato. Tu sedevi lungo le strade aspettando gli uomini, come fa un ladrone ne' luoghi disabitati: e colle tue fornicazioni, e colle tue malvagità contaminasti la terra.
Alza tus ojos á los altos, y ve en qué lugar no te hayas publicado: para ellos te sentabas en los caminos, como Arabe en el desierto; y con tus fornicaciones y con tu malicia has contaminado la tierra.
Lift up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness.
“Lift up your eyes to the bare heights, and see! Where have you not been lain with? You have sat waiting for them by the road, as an Arabian in the wilderness. You have polluted the land with your prostitution and with your wickedness.
Per la qual cosa fu proibito, che non istillasser acque dal ciclo, e mancò la piova serotina. Tu ti sei fatta una faccia di meretrice; non hai voluto arrossire.

Ti adirerai tu per sempre, e persevererai (nell'ira) sino alla fine? Ecco che tu hai detto, e fatto ogni male, e se' stata potente.
¿Guardará su enojo para siempre? ¿eternalmente lo guardará? He aquí que has hablado y hecho cuantas maldades pudiste.
Will he reserve his anger for ever? will he keep it to the end? Behold, thou hast spoken and done evil things as thou couldest.

E il Signore dissemi ne' giorni di Josia re: Hai tu veduto quello, che ha fatto la ribelle figliuola d'Israele? Ella se n'è andata da se su tutti i monti elevati, e sotto ogni ombrosa pianta, ed ivi ha peccato.
Y díjome Jehová en días del rey Josías: ¿Has visto lo que ha hecho la rebelde Israel? Vase ella sobre todo monte alto y debajo de todo árbol umbroso, y allí fornica.

Y dije después que hizo todo esto: Vuélvete á mí; mas no se volvió. Y vió la rebelde su hermana Judá,
And I said after she had done all these things, Turn thou unto me. But she returned not. And her treacherous sister Judah saw it.

Com'io avea rigettata la ribelle figliuola d'Israele, perchè era stata in fedele, e le avea dato il libello del ripudio; e la prevaricatrice sorella, Giuda, non ebbe timore, ma se n'andò, e di venne anch'essa infedele.
Que yo lo había visto; que por todas estas causas en las cuales fornicó la rebelde Israel, yo la había despedido, y dádole la carta de su repudio; y no tuvo temor la rebelde Judá su hermana, sino que también fué ella y fornicó.
And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks.

E dopo tutte queste cose la prevaricatrice figlia di Giuda sua sorella non ritornò a me con tutto il suo cuore, ma con finzione, dice il Signore.
Y con todo esto, la rebelde su hermana Judá no se tornó á mí de todo su corazón, sino mentirosamente, dice Jehová.
And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not turned unto me with her whole heart, but feignedly, saith the LORD.

E il Signore mi disse: La ribelle Israele ha un'anima giusta in comparazione della peccatrice figliuola di Giuda.

And the LORD said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.

Va, e ad alta voce ripeti queste parole verso il settentrione, e dirai: Torna, Israele ribelle (dice il Signore), ed io non celerò a voi la mia faccia; perocché io son santo, dice il Signore, e non terrò per sempre lo sdegno.
Ve, y clama estas palabras hacia el aquilón, y di: Vuélvete, oh rebelde Israel, dice Jehová; no haré caer mi ira sobre vosotros: porque misericordioso soy yo, dice Jehová, no guardaré para siempre el enojo.
Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the LORD; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the LORD, and I will not keep anger for ever.

In quel tempo daranno a Gerusalemme il nome di Trono del Signore, e ei raduneranno presso di lei le genti tutte nel nome del Signore in Gerusalemme, e non anderanno dietro agli errori del pessimo loro cuore.
En aquel tiempo llamarán á Jerusalem Trono de Jehová, y todas las gentes se congregarán á ella en el nombre de Jehová en Jerusalem: ni andarán más tras la dureza de su corazón malvado.
At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.

In quel tempo la famiglia di Giuda si riunirà alla famiglia d'Israele, e verranno insieme dalla terra di settentrione nella terra, ch'io diedi a' padri vostri.
En aquellos tiempos irán de la casa de Judá á la casa de Israel, y vendrán juntamente de tierra del aquilón á la tierra que hice heredar á vuestros padres.
In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers.

Ma come una donna, che sprezza colui, che la ama, così la casa d'Israele ha disprezzato me, dice il Signore.

Si è udito clamore per le strade, gemiti, e urla de' figliuoli d'Israele, perchè hanno renduta malvagia la loro vita, si sono scordati del Signore Dio loro.

Veramente erano menzogna i colli, e i tanti monti: veramente la salute d'Israele è stata nel Signore Dio nostro.
Ciertamente vanidad son los collados, la multitud de los montes: ciertamente en Jehová nuestro Dios está la salud de Israel.
Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the LORD our God is the salvation of Israel.

Fin dalla nostra adolescenza la confusione divorò le fatiche de' padri nostri, le loro gregge, e i loro armenti, e i figliuoli loro, e le loro figlie.

Noi dormiremo nella nostra confusione, e sarem ricoperti dalla nostra ignominia; perchè abbiamo peccato contro il Signore Dio nostro noi, e i padri nostri, dalla adolescenza nostra fino a questo giorno: e non ascoltammo la voce del Signore Dio nostro. Promette il Signore il perdono agli Ebrei se si convertiranno sinceramente, e circoncideranno i cuori loro. Minaccia disastri gravissimi se perseverarmo nel male. Piange il Profeta le calamità di Giuda.
