29¿Es bueno que yo he de comenzar el castigo por Jerusalén , la ciudad en que ha sido invocado mi Nombre; y vosotros, como si fueseis inocentes, habíais de quedar impunes? No quedaréis exentos de castigo, pues yo desenvaino mi espada contra todos los moradores de la tierra, dice el Señor de los ejércitos.

29Porque he aquí, que á la ciudad sobre la cual es invocado mi nombre yo comienzo á hacer mal; ¿y vosotros seréis absueltos? No seréis absueltos: porque espada traigo sobre todos los moradores de la tierra, dice Jehová de los ejércitos.

29For, lo, I begin to bring evil on the city which is called by my name, and should ye be utterly unpunished? Ye shall not be unpunished: for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, saith the LORD of hosts.

29For, behold, I begin to work evil at the city which is called by my name; and should you be utterly unpunished? You will not be unpunished; for I will call for a sword on all the inhabitants of the earth, says the LORD of Armies.”’
