Jeremías 22

¿Es esto lo que te hace un buen rey, que tú quieras tener paneles de cedro? ¿No comió y bebió tu padre también, aún haciendo justicia y rectitud? Entonces, las cosas fueron bien para él.

¿Reinarás porque te cercas de cedro? ¿no comió y bebió tu padre, é hizo juicio y justicia, y entonces le fué bien?

Shalt thou reign, because thou closest thyself in cedar? did not thy father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him?

“Should you reign because you strive to excel in cedar? Didn’t your father eat and drink, and do justice and righteousness? Then it was well with him.
