Jeremías 19

Queste cose dice il Signore: Va, e prendi da' seniori del popolo, da' seniori sacerdoti una bombola di terra cotta, lavoro del vasaio;

ASÍ dijo Jehová: Ve, y compra una vasija de barro del alfarero, y lleva contigo de los ancianos del pueblo, y de los ancianos de los sacerdotes;

Thus saith the LORD, Go and get a potter’s earthen bottle, and take of the ancients of the people, and of the ancients of the priests;

Thus said the LORD, “Go, and buy a potter’s earthen container, and take some of the elders of the people and of the elders of the priests;

E vattene alla valle del figliuolo di Ennom, che è vicina all'ingresso della porta de' vasai; ed ivi annunzierai le parole, ch'io dirò a te,

Y saldrás al valle del hijo de Hinnom, que está á la entrada de la puerta oriental, y publicarás allí las palabras que yo te hablaré.

And go forth unto the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the east gate, and proclaim there the words that I shall tell thee,

and go out to the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the gate Harsith, and proclaim there the words that I will tell you.

E dirai: Udite la Parola del Signore, o regi di Giuda, e abitanti di Gerusalemme: queste cose dice il Signore degli eserciti, il Dio d'Israele: Ecco, che io cader farò sopra questo luogo afflizione tale, che chiunque ne udirà parlare, gli fischieranno le orecchie:

Dirás pues: Oid palabra de Jehová, oh reyes de Judá, y moradores de Jerusalem. Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos, Dios de Israel: He aquí que yo traigo mal sobre este lugar, tal que quien lo oyere, le retiñan los oídos.

And say, Hear ye the word of the LORD, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, the which whosoever heareth, his ears shall tingle.

Say, ‘Hear the LORD’s word, kings of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: The LORD of Armies, the God of Israel says, “Behold, I will bring evil on this place, which whoever hears, his ears will tingle.

Perchè costoro mi hanno abbandonato, ed hanno profanato questo luogo; e ci hanno fatte libagioni a dei stranieri, ignoti ad essi, e a' padri loro, e a' regi di Giuda, ed hanno ripieno questo luogo di sangue innocente.

Porque me dejaron, y enajenaron este lugar, y ofrecieron en él perfumes á dioses ajenos, los cuales no habían ellos conocido, ni sus padres, ni los reyes de Judá; y llenaron este lugar de sangre de inocentes;

Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents;

Because they have forsaken me, and have defiled this place, and have burned incense in it to other gods that they didn’t know—they, their fathers, and the kings of Judah—and have filled this place with the blood of innocents,

Ed hanno fabbricato altare a Baal per bruciare nel fuoco i loro figli in olocausto a Baal: cose, che io non comandai, né dissi mai, né mi caddero in pensiero.

Y edificaron alto á Baal, para quemar con fuego sus hijos en holocaustos al mismo Baal; cosa que no les mandé, ni hablé, ni me vino al pensamiento.

They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind:

and have built the high places of Baal to burn their children in the fire for burnt offerings to Baal, which I didn’t command, nor speak, which didn’t even enter into my mind.

Per questo ecco, che viene il tempo, dice il Signore, in cui questo luogo non sarà più chiamato Topheth, e Valle del figliuolo di Ennom, ma valle di uccisione.

Por tanto, he aquí vienen días, dice Jehová, que este lugar no se llamará más Topheth, ni Valle del hijo de Hinnom, sino Valle de la Matanza.

Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that this place shall no more be called Tophet, nor The valley of the son of Hinnom, but The valley of slaughter.

Therefore, behold, the days come,” says the LORD, “that this place will no more be called ‘Topheth’, nor ‘The Valley of the son of Hinnom’, but ‘The valley of Slaughter’.

Ed io dissiperò in questo luogo i disegni di Giuda, e di Gerusalemme, e gli sterminerò colla spada in faccia de' lor nemici, e per mano di quegli, che cercano la loro perdizione: e i loro cadaveri darò in cibo agli uccelli dell'aria, e alle bestie della terra.

Y desvaneceré el consejo de Judá y de Jerusalem en este lugar; y haréles caer á cuchillo delante de sus enemigos, y en las manos de los que buscan sus almas; y daré sus cuerpos para comida de las aves del cielo y de las bestias de la tierra:

And I will make void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hands of them that seek their lives: and their carcases will I give to be meat for the fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.

“‘“I will make the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem void in this place. I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hand of those who seek their life. I will give their dead bodies to be food for the birds of the sky and for the animals of the earth.

E questa città la farò io argomento di spavento, e di scherno: tutti coloro, che passeranno per essa, resteranno atterriti, e insulteranno a tutte le sue sciagure.

Y pondré á esta ciudad por espanto y silbo: todo aquel que pasare por ella se maravillará, y silbará sobre todas sus plagas.

And I will make this city desolate, and an hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished and hiss because of all the plagues thereof.

I will make this city an astonishment and a hissing. Everyone who passes by it will be astonished and hiss because of all its plagues.

E ciberò costoro colle carni de' loro figliuoli, e delle loro figlie; e l'amico mangerà la carne del suo amico nel tempo dell'assedio, e nelle strettezze, alle quali saran ridotti da' loro nemici, che vogliono la lor perdizione.

Y haréles comer la carne de sus hijos y la carne de sus hijas; y cada uno comerá la carne de su amigo, en el cerco y en el apuro con que los estrecharán sus enemigos y los que buscan sus almas.

And I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend in the siege and straitness, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them.

I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters. They will each eat the flesh of his friend in the siege and in the distress with which their enemies, and those who seek their life, will distress them.”’

E tu spezzerai la bombola sugli occhi di coloro, che saranno teco.

Y quebrarás la vasija ante los ojos de los varones que van contigo,

Then shalt thou break the bottle in the sight of the men that go with thee,

“Then you shall break the container in the sight of the men who go with you,

E dirai loro: Queste cose dice il Signore degli eserciti: In tal guisa io spezzerò questo popolo, e questa città, come si spezza un vaso di terra cotta, che non può più restaurarsi: e in Topheth saran sepolti, per non esservi altro luogo da seppellirli.

Y les dirás: Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: Así quebrantaré á este pueblo y á esta ciudad, como quien quiebra un vaso de barro, que no puede más restaurarse; y en Topheth se enterrarán, porque no habrá otro lugar para enterrar.

And shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Even so will I break this people and this city, as one breaketh a potter’s vessel, that cannot be made whole again: and they shall bury them in Tophet, till there be no place to bury.

and shall tell them, ‘The LORD of Armies says: “Even so I will break this people and this city as one breaks a potter’s vessel, that can’t be made whole again. They will bury in Topheth until there is no place to bury.

Queste cose farò io a questo luogo, e a' suoi abitanti, dice il Signore: e questa città la farò simile a Topheth.

Así haré á este lugar, dice Jehová, y á sus moradores, poniendo esta ciudad como Topheth.

Thus will I do unto this place, saith the LORD, and to the inhabitants thereof, and even make this city as Tophet:

This is what I will do to this place,” says the LORD, “and to its inhabitants, even making this city as Topheth.

E le case di Gerusalemme, e la casa de' re di Giuda saranno immonde come il luogo di Topheth: tutte queste case, su' tetti delle quali faceansi sagrifizj a tutta la milizia del cielo, e libagioni agli dei stranieri.

Y las casas de Jerusalem, y las casas de los reyes de Judá, serán como el lugar de Topheth inmundas, por todas las casas sobre cuyos tejados ofrecieron perfumes á todo el ejército del cielo, y vertieron libaciones á dioses ajenos.

And the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, shall be defiled as the place of Tophet, because of all the houses upon whose roofs they have burned incense unto all the host of heaven, and have poured out drink offerings unto other gods.

The houses of Jerusalem and the houses of the kings of Judah, which are defiled, will be as the place of Topheth, even all the houses on whose roofs they have burned incense to all the army of the sky and have poured out drink offerings to other gods.”’”

E se n'andò Geremia da Topheth, dove lo avea mandato il Signore a profetare, e si fermò nell'atrio della casa del Signore, e disse a tutto il popolo:

Y volvió Jeremías de Topheth, á donde le envió Jehová á profetizar, y paróse en el atrio de la casa de Jehová, y dijo á todo el pueblo.

Then came Jeremiah from Tophet, whither the LORD had sent him to prophesy; and he stood in the court of the LORD’s house; and said to all the people,

Then Jeremiah came from Topheth, where the LORD had sent him to prophesy, and he stood in the court of the LORD’s house, and said to all the people:

Queste cose dice il Signore degli eserciti, il Dio d'Israele: Ecco, che io manderò sopra questa città, e sopra tutte le città sue, tutti i mali, che io le ho minacciati: perchè hanno indurata la loro cervice, per non udire le mie parole. Geremia è percosso, e messo in prigione da Phassur: è liberato, e profetizza contro Phassur, e contro tutta la Giudea. Si lamenta di patire persecuzione, e scherni, e obbrobrj per la parola del Signore. Maledice il giorno di sua natività.

Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos, Dios de Israel: He aquí yo traigo sobre esta ciudad y sobre todas sus villas todo el mal que hablé contra ella: porque han endurecido su cerviz, para no oir mis palabras.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon this city and upon all her towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it, because they have hardened their necks, that they might not hear my words.

“The LORD of Armies, the God of Israel says, ‘Behold, I will bring on this city and on all its towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it, because they have made their neck stiff, that they may not hear my words.’”
