8Denn er wird sein wie ein Baum, der am Wasser gepflanzt ist und seine Wurzeln zu den Bächen ausstreckt. Er fürchtet die Hitze nicht, wenn sie kommt, sondern seine Blätter bleiben grün; auch in einem dürren Jahr braucht er sich nicht zu sorgen, und er hört nicht auf, Frucht zu bringen.

8Porque él será como el árbol plantado junto á las aguas, que junto á la corriente echará sus raices, y no verá cuando viniere el calor, sino que su hoja estará verde; y en el año de sequía no se fatigará, ni dejará de hacer fruto.

8For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

8For he will be as a tree planted by the waters, who spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes, but its leaf will be green, and will not be concerned in the year of drought. It won’t cease from yielding fruit.
