Jeremías 12

Ma tu, o Signore, mi hai conosciuto, mi hai veduto, ed hai sperimentato, che il mio cuore è con te. Radunali qual gregge al macello, e tienli a parte pel giorno della uccisione.

Tú empero, oh Jehová, me conoces; vísteme, y probaste mi corazón para contigo: arráncalos como á ovejas para el degolladero, y señálalos para el día de la matanza.

But thou, O LORD, knowest me: thou hast seen me, and tried mine heart toward thee: pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them for the day of slaughter.
