Entonces Gedeón y los trescientos hombres que estaban con él llegaron a la línea exterior del campamento, al comienzo de la guardia de media noche, cuando los vigilantes sólo habían tomado sus puestos; y los cuernos sonaron y los cántaros se rompieron.
Llegó pues Gedeón, y los cien hombres que llevaba consigo, al principio del campo, á la entrada de la vela del medio, cuando acababan de renovar las centinelas; y tocaron las bocinas, y quebraron los cántaros que llevaban en sus manos:
So Gideon, and the hundred men that were with him, came unto the outside of the camp in the beginning of the middle watch; and they had but newly set the watch: and they blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers that were in their hands.
So Gideon and the hundred men who were with him came to the outermost part of the camp in the beginning of the middle watch, when they had but newly set the watch. Then they blew the trumpets and broke in pieces the pitchers that were in their hands.
