Lutherbibel 1545
1Lobet den HErrn, daß Israel wieder frei ist worden, und das Volk willig dazu gewesen ist.
2Höret zu, ihr Könige, und merket auf ihr Fürsten! Ich will, dem HErrn will ich singen, dem HErrn, dem GOtt Israels, will ich spielen.
3HErr, da du von Seir auszogest und einhergingest vom Felde Edoms, da erzitterte die Erde, der Himmel troff, und die Wolken troffen mit Wasser.
4Die Berge ergossen sich vor dem HErrn, der Sinai vor dem HErrn, dem GOtt Israels.
5Zu den Zeiten Samgars, des Sohns Anaths, zu den Zeiten Jaels, waren vergangen die Wege; und die da auf Pfaden gehen sollten, die wandelten durch krumme Wege.
6Es gebrach, an Bauern gebrach's in Israel, bis daß ich, Debora, aufkam, bis ich aufkam, eine Mutter in Israel.
7Ein Neues hat GOtt erwählet, er hat die Tore bestritten. Es war kein Schild noch Spieß unter vierzigtausend in Israel zu sehen.
8Mein Herz ist wohl an den Regenten Israels, die freiwillig sind unter dem Volk. Lobet den HErrn,
9die ihr auf schönen Eselinnen reitet, die ihr am Gericht sitzet und singet, die ihr auf dem Wege gehet.
10Da die Schützen schrieen zwischen den Schöpfern, da sage man von der Gerechtigkeit des HErrn, von der Gerechtigkeit seiner Bauern in Israel; da zog des HErrn Volk herab zu den Toren.
11Wohlauf, wohlauf, Debora, wohlauf, wohlauf, und singe ein Liedlein! Mache dich auf, Barak, und fange deine Fänger, du Sohn Abinoams!
12Da herrschten die Verlassenen über die mächtigen Leute; der HErr hat geherrschet durch mich über die Gewaltigen.
13Aus Ephraim war ihre Wurzel wider Amalek und nach dir, Benjamin, in deinem Volk. Von Machir sind Regenten kommen, und von Sebulon sind Regierer worden durch die Schreibfeder.
14Und Fürsten zu Isaschar waren mit Debora. Und Isaschar war wie Barak im Grunde, gesandt mit seinem Fußvolk. Ruben hielt hoch von ihm und sonderte sich von uns.
15Warum bleibest du zwischen den Hürden, zu hören das Blöken der Herde, und hältst groß von dir und sonderst dich von uns?
16Gilead blieb jenseit des Jordans. Und warum wohnete Dan unter den Schiffen? Asser saß an der Anfurt des Meers und blieb in seinen zerrissenen Flecken.
17Sebulons Volk aber wagte seine Seele in den Tod; Naphthali auch, in der Höhe des Feldes.
18Die Könige kamen und stritten; da stritten die Könige der Kanaaniter zu Thaanach, am Wasser Megiddo; aber sie brachten keinen Gewinn davon.
19Vom Himmel ward wider sie gestritten, die Sterne in ihren Läufen stritten wider Sissera.
20Der Bach Kison wälzte sie, der Bach Kedumim, der Bach Kison. Tritt, meine Seele, auf die Starken!
21Da rasselten der Pferde Füße vor dem Zagen ihrer mächtigen Reiter.
22Fluchet der Stadt Meros, sprach der Engel des HErrn; fluchet ihren Bürgern, daß sie nicht kamen dem HErrn zu Hilfe, zu Hilfe dem HErrn zu den Helden!
23Gesegnet sei unter den Weibern Jael, das Weib Hebers, des Keniters; gesegnet sei sie in der Hütte unter den Weibern.
24Milch gab sie, da er Wasser forderte, und Butter brachte sie dar in einer herrlichen Schale.
25Sie griff mit ihrer Hand den Nagel und mit ihrer Rechten den Schmiedehammer; und schlug Sissera durch sein Haupt und zerquetschte und durchbohrte seinen Schlaf.
26Zu ihren Füßen krümmete er sich, fiel nieder und legte sich; er krümmete sich, fiel nieder zu ihren Füßen; wie er sich krümmete, so lag er verderbet.
27Die Mutter Sisseras sah zum Fenster aus und heulete durchs Gitter: Warum verzeucht sein Wagen, daß er nicht kommt? Wie bleiben die Räder seiner Wagen so dahinten?
28Die weisesten unter seinen Frauen antworteten, da sie ihre Klageworte immer wiederholte:
29Sollen sie denn nicht finden und austeilen den Raub, einem jeglichen Mann eine Metze oder zwo zur Ausbeute, und Sissera bunte gestickte Kleider zur Ausbeute, gestickte bunte Kleider um den Hals zur Ausbeute?
30Also müssen umkommen, HErr, alle deine Feinde! Die ihn aber liebhaben, müssen sein, wie die Sonne aufgehet in ihrer Macht! Und das Land war stille vierzig Jahre.
31Und da die Kinder Israel übels taten vor dem HErrn, gab sie der HErr unter die Hand der Midianiter sieben Jahre.

1Y AQUEL día cantó Débora, con Barac, hijo de Abinoam, diciendo:
2Porque ha vengado las injurias de Israel, porque el pueblo se ha ofrecido de su voluntad, load á Jehová.
3Oid, reyes; estad, oh príncipes, atentos: yo cantaré á Jehová, cantaré salmos á Jehová Dios de Israel.
4Cuando saliste de Seir, oh Jehová, cuando te apartaste del campo de Edom, la tierra tembló, y los cielos destilaron, y las nubes gotearon aguas.
5Los montes se derritieron delante de Jehová, aqueste Sinaí, delante de Jehová Dios de Israel.
6En los días de Samgar hijo de Anath, en los días de Jael, cesaron los caminos, y los que andaban por las sendas apartábanse por torcidos senderos.
7Las aldeas habían cesado en Israel, habían decaído; hasta que yo Débora me levanté, me levanté madre en Israel.
8En escogiendo nuevos dioses, la guerra estaba á las puertas: ¿se veía escudo ó lanza entre cuarenta mil en Israel?
9Mi corazón está por los príncipes de Israel, los que con buena voluntad se ofrecieron entre el pueblo: load á Jehová.
10Vosotros los que cabalgáis en asnas blancas, los que presidís en juicio, y vosotros los que viajáis, hablad.
11Lejos del ruido de los archeros, en los abrevaderos, allí repetirán las justicias de Jehová, las justicias de sus villas en Israel; entonces bajará el pueblo de Jehová á las puertas.
12Despierta, despierta, Débora; despierta, despierta, profiere un cántico. Levántate, Barac, y lleva tus cautivos, hijo de Abinoam.
13Entonces ha hecho que el que quedó del pueblo, señoree á los magníficos: Jehová me hizo enseñorear sobre los fuertes.
14De Ephraim salió su raíz contra Amalec tras ti, Benjamín, contra tus pueblos; de Machîr descendieron príncipes, y de Zabulón los que solían manejar punzón de escribiente.
15Príncipes también de Issachâr fueron con Débora; y como Issachâr, también Barac se puso á pie en el valle. De las divisiones de Rubén hubo grandes impresiones del corazón.
16¿Por qué te quedaste entre las majadas, para oir los balidos de los rebaños? De las divisiones de Rubén grandes fueron las disquisiciones del corazón.
17Galaad se quedó de la otra parte del Jordán: y Dan ¿por qué se estuvo junto á los navíos? Mantúvose Aser á la ribera de la mar, y quedóse en sus puertos.
18El pueblo de Zabulón expuso su vida á la muerte, y Nephtalí en las alturas del campo.
19Vinieron reyes y pelearon: entonces pelearon los reyes de Canaán en Taanac, junto á las aguas de Megiddo, mas no llevaron ganancia alguna de dinero.
20De los cielos pelearon: las estrellas desde sus órbitas pelearon contra Sísara.
21Barriólos el torrente de Cisón, el antiguo torrente, el torrente de Cisón. Hollaste, oh alma mía, con fortaleza.
22Despalmáronse entonces las uñas de los caballos por las arremetidas, por los brincos de sus valientes.
23Maldecid á Meroz, dijo el ángel de Jehová: maldecid severamente á sus moradores, porque no vinieron en socorro á Jehová, en socorro á Jehová contra los fuertes.
24Bendita sea entre las mujeres Jael, mujer de Heber Cineo; sobre las mujeres bendita sea en la tienda.
25El pidió agua, y dióle ella leche; en tazón de nobles le presentó manteca.
26Su mano tendió á la estaca, y su diestra al mazo de trabajadores; y majó á Sísara, hirió su cabeza, llagó y atravesó sus sienes.
27Cayó encorvado entre sus pies, quedó tendido: entre sus pies cayó encorvado; donde se encorvó, allí cayó muerto.
28La madre de Sísara se asoma á la ventana, y por entre las celosías á voces dice: ¿Por qué se detiene su carro, que no viene? ¿por qué las ruedas de sus carros se tardan?
29Las más avisadas de sus damas le respondían; y aun ella se respondía á sí misma.
30¿No han hallado despojos, y los están repartiendo? á cada uno una moza, ó dos: los despojos de colores para Sísara, los despojos bordados de colores: la ropa de color bordada de ambos lados, para los cuellos de los que han tomado los despojos.
31Así perezcan todos tus enemigos, oh Jehová: mas los que le aman, sean como el sol cuando nace en su fuerza. Y la tierra reposó cuarenta años.
King James Version
1Then sang Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam on that day, saying,
2Praise ye the LORD for the avenging of Israel, when the people willingly offered themselves.
3Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, even I, will sing unto the LORD; I will sing praise to the LORD God of Israel.
4LORD, when thou wentest out of Seir, when thou marchedst out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, and the heavens dropped, the clouds also dropped water.
5The mountains melted from before the LORD, even that Sinai from before the LORD God of Israel.
6In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways were unoccupied, and the travellers walked through byways.
7The inhabitants of the villages ceased, they ceased in Israel, until that I Deborah arose, that I arose a mother in Israel.
8They chose new gods; then was war in the gates: was there a shield or spear seen among forty thousand in Israel?
9My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the LORD.
10Speak, ye that ride on white asses, ye that sit in judgment, and walk by the way.
11They that are delivered from the noise of archers in the places of drawing water, there shall they rehearse the righteous acts of the LORD, even the righteous acts toward the inhabitants of his villages in Israel: then shall the people of the LORD go down to the gates.
12Awake, awake, Deborah: awake, awake, utter a song: arise, Barak, and lead thy captivity captive, thou son of Abinoam.
13Then he made him that remaineth have dominion over the nobles among the people: the LORD made me have dominion over the mighty.
14Out of Ephraim was there a root of them against Amalek; after thee, Benjamin, among thy people; out of Machir came down governors, and out of Zebulun they that handle the pen of the writer.
15And the princes of Issachar were with Deborah; even Issachar, and also Barak: he was sent on foot into the valley. For the divisions of Reuben there were great thoughts of heart.
16Why abodest thou among the sheepfolds, to hear the bleatings of the flocks? For the divisions of Reuben there were great searchings of heart.
17Gilead abode beyond Jordan: and why did Dan remain in ships? Asher continued on the sea shore, and abode in his breaches.
18Zebulun and Naphtali were a people that jeoparded their lives unto the death in the high places of the field.
19The kings came and fought, then fought the kings of Canaan in Taanach by the waters of Megiddo; they took no gain of money.
20They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.
21The river of Kishon swept them away, that ancient river, the river Kishon. O my soul, thou hast trodden down strength.
22Then were the horsehoofs broken by the means of the pransings, the pransings of their mighty ones.
23Curse ye Meroz, said the angel of the LORD, curse ye bitterly the inhabitants thereof; because they came not to the help of the LORD, to the help of the LORD against the mighty.
24Blessed above women shall Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite be, blessed shall she be above women in the tent.
25He asked water, and she gave him milk; she brought forth butter in a lordly dish.
26She put her hand to the nail, and her right hand to the workmen’s hammer; and with the hammer she smote Sisera, she smote off his head, when she had pierced and stricken through his temples.
27At her feet he bowed, he fell, he lay down: at her feet he bowed, he fell: where he bowed, there he fell down dead.
28The mother of Sisera looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is his chariot so long in coming? why tarry the wheels of his chariots?
29Her wise ladies answered her, yea, she returned answer to herself,
30Have they not sped? have they not divided the prey; to every man a damsel or two; to Sisera a prey of divers colours, a prey of divers colours of needlework, of divers colours of needlework on both sides, meet for the necks of them that take the spoil?
31So let all thine enemies perish, O LORD: but let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years.

1Then Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam sang on that day, saying,
2“Because the leaders took the lead in Israel, because the people offered themselves willingly, be blessed, LORD!
3“Hear, you kings! Give ear, you princes! I, even I, will sing to the LORD. I will sing praise to the LORD, the God of Israel.
4“LORD, when you went out of Seir, when you marched out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, the sky also dropped. Yes, the clouds dropped water.
5The mountains quaked at the LORD’s presence, even Sinai at the presence of the LORD, the God of Israel.
6“In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways were unoccupied. The travelers walked through byways.
7The rulers ceased in Israel. They ceased until I, Deborah, arose; Until I arose a mother in Israel.
8They chose new gods. Then war was in the gates. Was there a shield or spear seen among forty thousand in Israel?
9My heart is toward the governors of Israel, who offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless the LORD!

11Far from the noise of archers, in the places of drawing water, there they will rehearse the LORD’s righteous acts, the righteous acts of his rule in Israel. “Then the LORD’s people went down to the gates.
12‘Awake, awake, Deborah! Awake, awake, utter a song! Arise, Barak, and lead away your captives, you son of Abinoam.’
13“Then a remnant of the nobles and the people came down. The LORD came down for me against the mighty.
14Those whose root is in Amalek came out of Ephraim, after you, Benjamin, among your peoples. Governors come down out of Machir. Those who handle the marshal’s staff came out of Zebulun.
15The princes of Issachar were with Deborah. As was Issachar, so was Barak. They rushed into the valley at his feet. By the watercourses of Reuben, there were great resolves of heart.
16Why did you sit among the sheepfolds? To hear the whistling for the flocks? At the watercourses of Reuben, there were great searchings of heart.
17Gilead lived beyond the Jordan. Why did Dan remain in ships? Asher sat still at the haven of the sea, and lived by his creeks.
18Zebulun was a people that jeopardized their lives to the death; Naphtali also, on the high places of the field.
19“The kings came and fought, then the kings of Canaan fought at Taanach by the waters of Megiddo. They took no plunder of silver.
20From the sky the stars fought. From their courses, they fought against Sisera.
21The river Kishon swept them away, that ancient river, the river Kishon. My soul, march on with strength.
22Then the horse hoofs stamped because of the prancing, the prancing of their strong ones.
23‘Curse Meroz,’ said the LORD’s angel. ‘Curse bitterly its inhabitants, because they didn’t come to help the LORD, to help the LORD against the mighty.’
24“Jael shall be blessed above women, the wife of Heber the Kenite; blessed shall she be above women in the tent.
25He asked for water. She gave him milk. She brought him butter in a lordly dish.
26She put her hand to the tent peg, and her right hand to the workmen’s hammer. With the hammer she struck Sisera. She struck through his head. Yes, she pierced and struck through his temples.
27At her feet he bowed, he fell, he lay. At her feet he bowed, he fell. Where he bowed, there he fell down dead.
28“Through the window she looked out, and cried: Sisera’s mother looked through the lattice. ‘Why is his chariot so long in coming? Why do the wheels of his chariots wait?’
29Her wise ladies answered her, Yes, she returned answer to herself,
30‘Have they not found, have they not divided the plunder? A lady, two ladies to every man; to Sisera a plunder of dyed garments, a plunder of dyed garments embroidered, of dyed garments embroidered on both sides, on the necks of the plunder?’
31“So let all your enemies perish, LORD, but let those who love him be as the sun when it rises in its strength.” Then the land had rest forty years.
