18Et lorsque le Seigneur avait suscité des juges pour les fils d'Israël, et que le Seigneur était avec le juge, il les sauvait des mains de leurs ennemis, durant tous les jours du juge, parce que le Seigneur était ému de leurs gémissements devant ceux qui les assiégeaient et les affligeaient.

18And when the LORD raised them up judges, then the LORD was with the judge, and delivered them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge: for it repented the LORD because of their groanings by reason of them that oppressed them and vexed them.
